Bruce Slader took a long, calming breath.
He leaned his head back against the wall as he waited.
Adonis Kane, the strong mafia boss of the Kane Mafia Ring was upstairs finishing some last-minute arrangements before the two were planned to make their way to the secret meeting they were to spy on.
Bruce sighed through his nose.
They still had a few minutes to spare, and Bruce was glad they did not have to cancel their plans.
He was not a fan of getting to the place so close to the time when they were supposed to get in. Bruce loved getting to his appointments a little in advance.
It helped him to get acquainted with the location, to clear his mind and get ready for the appointment ahead.
He hated sliding in at the last minute or worse if they were all the way late.
Bruce took another long calming breath.

They would get there in time.
