Bruce picked up the call on his phone and spoke into it, "Hello."

"Hello, Bruce." Adonis' voice was the gravelly sort, the sort that rumbled through his chest and made people imagine they were in a dark, dangerous cave with him.

"Adonis, I was just going to call."

"I've heard already. Grandfather called me himself."

There was a pause as the two men took a moment to think of what to say.

"Well?" Bruce asked.

"You don't think this is suspicious?" Bruce had started taking the stairs up to the office corridor where the reporting room was located.

The room had soundproof walls and glass to keep the noise in and most of the glass was tinted quite dark so as to keep peering eyes away from whatever occurred inside the room.

"I do," Adonis' voice was clear over the phone, his tone dark.

"I can understand your frustration at this," Bruce ran up the stairs then, hurrying to get to the room quickly.
