[Blood devour], a skill both Absalom and his father possessed was almost a cheat skill that enabled one to get the blood energy of whoever's blood they've drank.
This skill could increase your mana, your strength and whatever energy present in your body however it's didn't allow you to level up.
Due to this, Absalom even though had lower levels than some of his opponents he has faced so far in his life has always been able to stand up to them and even defeat them in some circumstances.
However the major downside of this skill was the immense bloodlust it gave it's user.
Absalom knew that most of his father's deeds of destruction was from this bloodlust.
As even as they grew it was something that was so difficult to suppress.
It was like a never ending thirst which got worse the more blood you drank. If one's not careful, this can easily make you lose yourself as Absalom had done right now.
Over the past weeks he had managed to suppress his bloodlust by avoiding blood totally.
He hadn't even used his [blood devour] and had always stayed far away from blood in order not to trigger it, however all his efforts had been put on waste as he lost all his sense of logical reasoning as his body finally caught sight of blood.
It was like when a man who had been thirsty for years caught sight of the best juice in the world.
The boys all turned to ran as they saw the maniacal smile appear on Absalom's face.
He immediately pounced unto the one whose blood had been spilled and buried his fangs deep into his neck.

They ran screaming as they tried their possible best to get away from Absalom.
Yet, it all proved futal as he hurled spears that seems to have been made from blood itself at their legs pinning them to the ground.
They all watched as he walked slowly towards them with the same maniacal smile on his face.
Due to the screaming a group of about a dozen people who worked in the school.
They were all cleaners however there were level threes amongst them rushed to find five boys all shrivelled up as a handsome boy with blood dripping down his mouth gazing at their dead bodies.

A thin red barrier manifested around him again as all the attacks were blocked instantly.
Turning his attention towards them they all felt their blood turn cold as they saw the expression he made on his face.
[Blood claw] Absalom's claws became shrouded in bright blood as his claws pierced into the throat of the one nearest to him as he pierced his fangs into her as well.
They all turned to ran, however blood bullets appeared out of thin air and went directly through their hearts. With only the level three surviving the attacks.
He watched in horror as Absalom drank the blood of everybody he had just killed I'm the same gruesome manner.
He could kill Absalom as he was faster and strongwe however the quality of their skills was clear as Absalom's blood control was too much for him to counter.
Gathering all his courage he prepared his ultimate attack. A level three attack that could penetrate and burn iron easily this attack could even melt gold in under a second.
[Brightburn] he said as red lasers came out of his eyes and headed straight towards Absalom.
Absalom seeing the attack, smiled even more as the attack broke his barrier and pierced through his chest hurting him immensely however, he was constantly healing as the attack died our before his regeneration ended.
Walking towards the man, Absalom gently knelt by the fear stricken man who couldn't believe how a level 1 survived a level 3 attack.
"Please, I have a family to take care of " he said as Absalom laughed loudly at this before sinking his fangs into the man's neck

Absalom smiled in satisfaction as the sweet blood entered his body, refilling his mana, increasing his stats and adding new skills to him.
"Absalom!" A beautiful red haired lady with wings said as she gazed at him with tears in her eyes. "You can fight it Absalom" she said as she watched Absalom walk towards her.
"You are too strong, Absalom.
Something like this can never end you" Ariel said as Absalom stood just Infront of her as he bared his fangs towards her.
"I know you won't hurt me, you promised to never hurt me Absalom but you are currently hurting me." Ariel sobbed.
She had come hear without a plan to stop his bloodlust however she believed that he wouldn't harm her.

"I'm sorry " she heard a pained voice say in her ears as she sobbed and hugged him tighter.
