With fear, probably for the first time in the eyes of Absalom, Ariel realized she really had to do something.
Mariel also wanted to help however she knew she was way too weak to participate in an event of this level.
However she still hurled a [mana slash] in the beast's direction.
She was able to perceive it's movement fur to the help of her angelic eyes.
The mana slash did hit the beast however, judging from then impact it seemed the only thing this attack had done was reduce her mana.
Thinking fast, Ariel knew there was nothing that was going to save her, she saw Absalom's eyes flash a brighter red however deep down she knew no matter what power he drew from the depths of his soul, it wasn't going to be enough to save her.
So she did the one thing she could do.
[Dragon transformation]
An intense flame burned bright around her as light blue scales coated with a yellow color surrounded her.
Her scales seemed to have been formed from a mineral forged in the heat of the sun itself.

She had turned into a mansion sized dragon with two tails as her eyes burnt with the intensity of burning stars.
Now with her dragon form, when the fist of the level 10 gorilla smashed into her she felt her scales get destroyed instantly as she lost a huge amount of hp.

Ariel's HP had dropped to the point where she was sure that even a tree could kill her by falling on her.
Not having the strength, she tried to flap her wings to get some distance however the gorilla was relentless, it hurled another fist that was instantly about to collide with her head and possibly send her back to where she came from and into this world.
[Blood spears]
Absalom conjured almost twenty spears made of blood as he hurled them at the beast however, although it did make contact, the beast didn't even lose a lick of it's HP.
Turning it's attention to Absalom, the beast roared hitting it's chest with it's own fists creating powerful wind gusts that ruffled Absalom's hair and clothes.
Once again it dashed at Absalom with unparalleled speed.
Absalom once more seemed to break past his limits as he used his blood control to personally create an armor made with blood and poured as much mana as he could into the armor.
[Blood barrier]
Absalom also cast the blood barrier.
However before the beast could do all this he formed tendrils of blood tya wrapped around both Mariel and the dragon Ariel sending them as far away as his blood control range allowed him.
The beasts fist connected with the barrier and shattered it as if it were a spiderweb before hitting the blood armor Absalom had on.

Absalom felt his soul leave his body for a while as the fist connected with his chest.
However eternal vampires had good healing abilities as Absalom's HP began recovering slowly.
The beast was enraged that it's other victims had escaped from it's wrath.
It gazed at the dying Absalom that was still flying backwards as a result of his punch with a gaze full of hatred as it knew Absalom was the reason why it's prey had escaped.
The beast was about to chase after Absalom when it hit a black barrier that seemed to cut of his world from where Absalom had fallen to.
It roared and punched the barrier several times however no matter what it did it just couldn't break through the annoying black barrier.

Absalom found himself in a temple of all places.
'what is this place ' Absalom thought as he coughed out pools of blood, clearly still suffering from the effects of the gorilla's crazy power.
"I got too complacent" Absalom self assesed himself as he thought back to how he felt good after killing a couple of low level beasts.
The gorilla had reminded him of the power levels in the world as he got a reality check realizing just how many existences could kill him in the blink of an eye.
Venturing deeper into the temple he didn't know why, but he had a very weird feeling venturing deeper however he could feel it, there was something of immense power down here.
He realized it wasn't just something however there were more than one thing here that had power even beyond the power he had felt coming from Ariel's father.
His curiosity at an all time high, Absalom found himself in a throne room containing various treasures.
There were countless amounts of gold and even skill books as Absalom quickly dismissed these as he knew that all this was just an extra.
Spreading his senses he felt the power earlier surge even stronger as it acknowledged his presence.
Going even deeper he found two skill books coated in a black aura so menacing that his primal instincts roared at the idea of a worthy opponent.
This even further shocked Absalom as his primal self even felt that the dragon king was way below him.

Absalom almost coughed out blood once more as he realized the quality of these skills. Not even thinking about it he accepted them as he felt his mind blur up as he saw a man in dark menacing armor with an ear ring, a necklace and a sword that radiated power large enough to make everyone in the Galaxy he was in cower in fear.
In the vision, he also saw the man lose to someone who had the same qualities as someone Absalom would never forget.
It was the same feature of the man who killed his father.
Absalom felt his primal rage resurface once more however, he controlled it and moved closer to the temple where he saw what left him in unparalleled shock.

Absalom realized as his primal self immediately took over claiming them for himself.
