Hey everyone, it's been a while since I last released a chapter, and I apologize for the delay. School and work have been demanding, especially with my last teacher deciding to hit us with a double final! It left me with less time to write, and then I got slammed with a pretty serious writer's block. I'm back on track now, but if you notice anything off about this chapter, please let me know. I'm always open to feedback!

The following day, it became evident that news had spread about All Might teaching at their school. Miquella and Malenia were surrounded by a crowd of eager reporters as they approached the campus gates.
"How is All Might as a teacher?" one reporter asked, thrusting a microphone toward their faces.
Malenia was about to respond, but Miquella caught her eye and smiled before turning to the reporter. "I apologize, but we're in a hurry. Could you please let us through?" he asked politely. To their surprise, the reporter immediately stepped aside, a faint blush coloring her cheeks.
"Did you use your abilities on her?" Malenia whispered as they walked away.
Miquella shook his head. "I was prepared to, but it seems I didn't need to."
Once everyone was in class, Aizawa began speaking. "I hope you've all recovered from yesterday's battle trials. I've reviewed your performances and evaluations." His gaze swept the room before settling on Bakugo. "Bakugo, your reckless behavior endangered not only yourself but your teammate as well. In a real situation, you would have put civilians at risk too. You're wasting your potential with your poor judgment skills."
Bakugo nodded stiffly as Aizawa's attention shifted to Izuku. "And you, Midoriya. You can't keep destroying your body every time you use your quirk. It's unsustainable and dangerous."
He continued, offering more measured critiques to the rest of the class before changing topics. "Now, onto homeroom business. Today, we need to select a class president."
Immediately after he made that statement, almost everyone started shouting about why they should be the class president. Iida then shouted that it should be decided by voting.
After a few minutes, the scores were read, and it turned out that Miquella had received five votes, making him the new class president. 'Why didn't I expect this? My passive charm must have skewed the results,' Miquella sighed before standing next to Momo, who, like in canon, was the vice class president.
The rest of the day passed in a blur, and as the class gathered for lunch, an unusual tension hung in the air. Todoroki had joined their table, his eyes repeatedly darting toward Miquella and Malenia, his curiosity barely restrained.
As Todoroki was about to speak, a loud alarm sounded in the cafeteria.
[SECURITY LEVEL 3 HAS BEEN BREACHED... STUDENTS PLEASE PROMPTLY EVACUATE.]
The sound of the alarm had an unexpected effect. Instead of calming the lunchroom, it unleashed a frenzy of screaming teenagers, all of them panicking and trying to exit through the doors. Miquella was about to tell them that it was just the media that had broken in (even though he knew it wasn't), but it seemed someone beat him to it. Suddenly, he noticed Iida on top of the exit door in a running pose, shouting, "EVERYBODY CALM DOWN, IT'S OKAY, IT'S JUST THE PRESS. THERE'S NOTHING TO PANIC ABOUT. IT'S OKAY." It seemed Iida's comment worked as most of the students stopped, either due to embarrassment or because they recognized that he was right given the reporters outside.
After everything had calmed down, they walked back to their class for their last lesson, which, unlike yesterday, didn't involve hero studies due to the security breach.
As they were leaving, they came face-to-face with Todoroki, who seemed conflicted before finally speaking up, "Are you two All Might's love children?" It appeared that the two had the same thought as the only thing that came out was, "Eh?" "Not only are you both rather tall, but you're also physically stronger than most people, and Miquella is even blonde. So, are you?" Pfft, Miquella couldn't help but laugh. 'Really, this was what he wanted to ask at lunch?' "No, our father isn't All Might. Any resemblance you see is purely coincidental." While Todoroki didn't say anything, it was obvious he was either embarrassed that he was laughed at or still suspicious as he rigidly turned around and left.
The next day, Miquella couldn't shake a growing sense of unease as the class proceeded with eerie normalcy. After an unusually quiet lunch, where the typical chatter seemed muted by yesterday's incident, it was time for hero studies. However, instead of heading to the USJ building as Miquella had anticipated, they found themselves in the gymnasium, inexplicably practicing CPR. As he mechanically went through chest compressions on a dummy, Miquella's mind raced. 'This doesn't make sense,' he thought, his golden brow furrowing. 'Am I forgetting a chapter or something? The villain attack was supposed to happen right after the break-in.' He glanced at Malenia, who was diligently following the instructor's directions. Miquella couldn't help but feel a twinge of worry. He had meticulously planned for future events he knew about, timing his actions to coincide with key moments he remembered from the story. While he knew that eventually, his and Malenia's presence would affect the timeline, he hadn't expected such significant deviations so soon. As he watched Aizawa demonstrate proper rescue breathing techniques, Miquella realized that his plans might be unraveling faster than he had anticipated.
As the CPR lesson concluded, Miquella's mind continued to race with possibilities. He discreetly observed his classmates, searching for any signs that might explain the unexpected change in events. Uraraka, Iida, and Midoriya were chatting animatedly about the importance of rescue techniques, while Bakugo sulked in a corner, clearly finding the lesson beneath him. Miquella's gaze lingered on Aizawa, who seemed more alert than usual, his eyes darting occasionally to the windows and doors. 'Could the faculty be aware of something?' Miquella wondered. He considered approaching All Might or Aizawa to probe for information but hesitated, wary of drawing unnecessary attention to himself. As they packed up to leave, Malenia nudged him gently. "You seem distracted, brother. Is everything alright?" she whispered, concern evident in her voice. Miquella forced a smile, realizing he needed to be more careful about hiding his unease. "Just thinking about my responsibilities as class president," he lied smoothly. As they exited the gym, Miquella resolved to pay even closer attention to the subtle shifts around him. If the timeline was indeed changing, he needed to be prepared for anything.
"Hey, Miquella, Malenia!" a cheerful voice called out.
The siblings turned around to see Uraraka waving at them, followed by a small group of their classmates. Iida, Midoriya, Tokoyami, and Koda were with her. As the group approached, Iida stepped forward, his hand movements characteristically precise. "Miquella, as our esteemed class president, I believe your presence would greatly enhance our social outing!" Uraraka chuckled, gently elbowing Iida. "What he means is, we're thinking of grabbing a bite at a restaurant nearby. You know, to hang out and get to know each other better outside of class."
Midoriya added nervously, "U-um, yeah... we thought it'd be nice to do something as a group. W-we tried to invite more people, but..." He trailed off, looking at his feet. Uraraka jumped in to help. "But everyone else was busy. So, what do you think?" She looked at both Miquella and Malenia with hopeful eyes. "Would you two like to join us? It'd be great to have you there!"
Miquella considered for a moment, thinking to himself, 'I guess I should get to know my classmates. It might help me stop worrying, and Mom was pestering us about making friends.'
Out loud, he said, "Sure, I'm in. What about you, Malenia?"
Malenia just nodded, as she had no plans for the day.
Uraraka's face lit up with excitement when she saw more classmates agreeing to join. "Great! How about we meet up at the school gates in three hours? Is that okay with everyone?" Miquella and Malenia both nodded in agreement.
Later that afternoon, Miquella and Malenia were getting ready to leave their house. Miquella had opted for a casual look: a simple pair of jeans, a black t-shirt, and a red hoodie. His golden hair was neatly styled in a braided ponytail. Malenia, in contrast, wore a crisp white shirt paired with a flowing red skirt, her vibrant red hair cascading down her back. As they were about to step out the door, their mother, Marika, walked up to them with a warm smile on her face. "I'm so glad you two are going out with your classmates," she said, her eyes shining with pride. "It's wonderful to see you making friends, but remember not to stay out too late."
"Okay, Mom, we won't," Malenia replied quickly. The siblings then headed to UA, where they met up with their classmates at the school gates. Uraraka waved them over enthusiastically, and as they joined the group, Iida suggested they head to the restaurant.
"You'll all love it!" exclaimed Uraraka, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I found this place one day after class. They serve the best ramen!" Her enthusiasm was infectious, and the group began to move, chatting animatedly about their favorite foods and what they might order.
As they walked, Uraraka turned to Miquella and Malenia with a curious expression. "Hey Miquella,
Malenia, are you two from upper-crust families like Iida?" she asked.
"How did you come to that conclusion?" Miquella inquired, his eyebrow raised slightly.
Uraraka's cheeks flushed a bit as she explained, "Well, I noticed that I've seen Malenia's skirt and your jacket in a magazine, and they were pretty expensive."
Miquella's eyes widened slightly in surprise. 'Wow, she is a lot more observant than I thought she would be,' he mused silently.
"Yes, I suppose we are," Malenia replied thoughtfully. "Our mother is Marika."
They heard a sudden gasp behind them. Turning around, they saw Izuku, his eyes wide with shock and excitement.
"Your mother is THE Marika?!" he exclaimed, his voice rising an octave. "She's one of the best costume designers in the world! Her quirk allows her to imbue outfits with runes that grant different levels of resistance. It's revolutionary for hero costume design!"
Izuku's excitement bubbled over into a stream of rapid-fire muttering, his words tumbling out faster than he could articulate them. The others watched in a mixture of amusement and bewilderment as he continued his analysis, fingers twitching as if itching to write it all down.
As they neared the restaurant, Tokoyami turned to Miquella. "I must admit, I initially joined this outing out of curiosity about your quirk. The ability to summon a spectral steed... it's not unlike my Dark Shadow in some ways."
Miquella raised an eyebrow. "Oh? I suppose there are similarities. Though I imagine Dark Shadow is more versatile in combat situations than Torrent."
"Perhaps," Tokoyami mused. "But the potential for rapid transportation and aerial maneuvers with your steed coupled with your light abilities is intriguing. We should spar sometime, to compare our abilities."
The restaurant wasn't far, and soon they were seated at a large table, menus in hand. As they settled in, Uraraka leaned forward, eyes sparkling with curiosity. "So, do you guys get to see your mom's hero designs before they release?"
Malenia nodded. "Sometimes. However, she's very particular about her work. We don't always get to see her projects until they're finished."
As the conversation flowed, Miquella found himself genuinely enjoying the company of his classmates. Even Koda, though quiet, seemed more at ease, occasionally whispering comments to Tokoyami, who would then relay them to the group.
The evening was turning out to be far more enjoyable than Miquella had anticipated, and for a moment, his worries about the changing timeline faded into the background.
