Issac looked at the spear in his hands and then he looked at the clerk.
"Uh, do you have anything that is more…longer?"
The clerk thought for a moment before he took the spear from his hands and brought out another spear.
Looking at the pale white spear that the clerk brought out he swung it before he spun it "Yeah I'll take this,"
After paying for it Issac was about to head out.
After he was accepted and his rank was revealed he was given a boatload of money. Thanks to that he thought about buying a new weapon as the old spear he had gotten was broken when he was training in a dungeon.
However, remembering his rank he was happy.
Out of all the people that were accepted he was ranked 5th.
This was a rank that was way unreachable for the previous him. But he then looked at his status window.

However, he was then brought out of his trance as he heard a blaring noise followed by a warning.

Hearing that he immediately exited the store to find people panicking. However, he then saw it.
Out of nowhere a giant blue portal appeared before it turned a bright gold.
"What the hell?"
'A dungeon break? But the thing just manifested!'
It was common knowledge that it took days for a dungeon to break after it manifested. However, it seems that theory needed to be checked as there was no denying the monsters that were coming out of the dungeon, however, as he observed them he couldn't help but notice that he had never seen these creatures before.
Quickly bringing out his new spear he dashed toward the creatures while activating his skill allowing him to see the biology and mana flow of the unknown creatures.
Thrusting his spear it penetrated the head of one of the creatures that seemed to resemble a wolf however, it was way larger with golden fur and white runes on it.
More of the same type of creatures surrounded Issac but he remained calm.
But before he could activate his gift the temperature suddenly dropped before the wolves surrounding him froze or were penetrated by sharp ice spikes.
The ice then disappeared causing the corpses to fall on the floor.
Issac quickly turned behind him and saw a youth with black hair and black eyes.

Noah had trouble sleeping after the entrance exam.
The reason for that was pretty simple but hard to explain.
After his entrance exam, he started to have strange dreams. The dreams themselves were all extremely similar but yet different at the same time.
Closing his eyes Noah was able to slightly remember on of the dreams.
The world around him was turned into rubble however, in his hands was a man who was smiling as blood trickled from the side of his mouth. However, Noah couldn't make out any of his other features. All of the dreams repeated the same process except the background was different.
Every time he got this dream he tried to train however, that made his head hurt causing him to do something else.
After the 5th day, he decided to take a walk to calm his mind.
As he walked around he looked around the city but then he suddenly stopped.
Why?
The world around suddenly changed as everything turned into rubble. Monsters could be seen everywhere killing and eating people causing blood to splatter onto the floor.
However, standing right in front of him looked like a human. But the thing was freakishly tall with horns sprouting out of its head and along with the wings on its back it made it look like a demon.
But when Noah blinked he was back in the city.

'A dungeon break? But where-'
Suddenly a giant blue portal manifested a few meters away from Noah. Before he could react the portal suddenly turned a bright golden before monsters he had never seen before started to spew out of the portal.
Quickly bringing out his sword he noticed a person bringing out a spear and kill one of the monsters but just a moment later he was surrounded by more of them.
Reacting quickly Noah used his gift [Breath of the Snow Tiger]. Instantly spikes of ice appeared beneath the creatures either freezing them or killing them.
The reason the Lupus clan was able to keep its top spot was due to one thing and that was their gift.
Breath of the Snow Tiger or as the clan likes to call it "Seolho-ui Sum" due to their Korean heritage. The gift is passed on by the patriarch of the Lupus clan to the most promising candidate but there are rare cases that the gift can be inherited by one person apart of the Lupus clan.
Approaching the white-haired youth Noah looked to see if he was injured "Are you alright?"
"Yeah, thanks for the help,"
"No prob,"
Looking at the monsters Noah saw people scrambling trying to get away from them.
Using one of his arts Noah appeared in front of a civilian before he used his gift to create an ice wall "Please evacuate the area,"
Disappearing from his spot Noah reappeared on top of the beast before he stabbed his sword in the creature's head.
Jumping off the creature Noah then ran toward another before he killed it too. But despite that, more and more creatures were still pouring out of the portal.
*BOOM*
Suddenly a loud explosion occurred causing Noah to look and see what had caused it.
Standing in the centre was a youth with black hair and a hotty expression. His silver eyes scanned the area before they locked on Noah.
'Out of all people…'
Ignoring him Noah quickly ran toward another area and used his gift to create a dozen spikes killing the creatures. However, despite that it barely put a dent in the numbers.
'Where are the guilds?'
A dungeon break of this size would have at least 1 or 2 guilds here however, there were none. But even so, it was a surprise that no other squads had come.
Just as Noah was thinking that a bear-like creature ran toward him and slashed his claws, however, a barrier of ice appeared in front of Noah blocking the attack. Noah then quickly swung his sword which was extended with ice to cut the bear in half.
Noah then frowned when he remembered his vision.
'This seems a bit too easy'
Looking around he noticed that there were more kids around his age helping and he was able to recognize most of them other than 2 of them.
Madison Wright, Alice Sinclair, Aurora Campbell, Claire Valois, Amelia Bavaria but then his eyes landed on the silver-eyed youth.
'Ugh Felix'
He then turned to the last youth he knew Adrian Ward.
He then looked at the 2 he didn't recognize but then suddenly more monsters charged toward him.
Letting out a breath along with some vapour from his mouth the temperature around Noah began to get colder and a few seconds later the beasts lay dead impaled with ice spikes. Looking around he saw a girl with pale hair wave her hand causing spears of wind to pierce the monsters.
However, his gaze then shifted to a girl with long dark hair and green eyes. In her hands was a scythe that was made of pure darkness. Every time she swung her scythe a monster would fall causing Noah to scrunch his brows.
'Who is she?'
Running toward another group of monsters Noah sheathed his blade and accumulated mana in his sheath. The next second he quickly drew his sword causing large blades of wind to hit the monsters.
Noah then quickly sensed another monster and turned behind him to see a messed-up-looking bird. It had black feathers along with four yellow eyes. Its beak had razer sharp teeth and was covered in white runes along with its body.
As it got closer a mouth full of vapour came out of Noah's mouth. When the beast's sharp talens touched Noah's skin he turned into vapor. Before the beast could comprehend what just happened a blade went straight through its neck killing it.
Landing on the floor along with the bird Noah surveyed the area.
'Come on there should be a least one guild here'
"Is everyone alright," Turning his head he saw the black hair girl with a scythe looking around.
"Yeah,"
Everyone then started to walk toward each other but along with that, a bad feeling arose in Noah's heart.
'Something's wrong'
Suddenly the golden portal doubled in size and some started to appear.
Everyone prepared their stances as the thing that was in the portal finally came.
However, as Noah saw the creature his body froze.
'That's…'
The thing resembled a human with pale white skin however, its towering height told everyone otherwise the 2 pointy horns made it resemble a demon but the pair of angel-like wings on its back contrasted that.
Its golden eyes locked on Noah before he scanned the other youths causing a frown to appear on its face.
"Not here,"
Suddenly in the distance, a giant pillar of fire appeared causing Noah to be stunned.
'What was that? A hero maybe?'
"I see then," he locked his gaze back on Noah and the rest "Guess I have to kill you first,"
He then stretched out his hand as a slight golden glow surrounded it.
