Throughout the whole fight, Richard had not interfered to which he did nothing but silently watch but upon seeing the sword that was about to kill Lilith, his own mind flashed back to when she had almost died.
That pain that he had experienced when he saw her cold body on the ground was something to never forget.
"Ophelia, don't do anything stupid." Richard lowly threatened but it was not like the witch was going to listen to him.
With full force, he attempted to run the sword through Lilith but in no time, the sword turned into nothingness. In the moment of shock, Ophelia did not know what happened next as she found herself hitting a pillar with the back of her body.
"Do you think that you will always protect her. She will eventually die." Ophelia stated defiantly and getting up from the floor, she staggered towards Lilith to which Richard blocked her path.
