As she repeatedly called Ari's phone to no avail Wendy made her way to her car. "For fucks sake pick up pick up" she repeatedly shouted towards her phone as it went to voice-mail for the fifth time. Wanting to believe that Ari simply had it off and that Kate hadn't done anything to her Wendy started her car and made her way to Ari's house.
Meanwhile Ari sat nervously next to Kate who caught her staring at her and smirked. Kate then took out her phone and opened her notes app. She set her phone down and sat up straight, the height difference between the pair now apparent. Looking down at Ari she typed.
"So why didn't you call me?" she typed as she looked at Ari with a domineering sneer. Folding under Kate's gaze Ari looked down at the phone and typed "Sorry my aunt thought it'd be too dangerous to get me involved in all this" as Kate looked down at her and chuckled.
