After the trip to the mall, Venessa rarely saw Jayden nowadays. Whenever she asked Tabitha or Evelyn she never got a direct answer.
'It's not like I miss him or anything why am I bothered?' Venessa sighs over the thoughts. She had gotten used the Jayden's presence and she felt that she acted out of line when she spoke and Petra. She wanted to apologize to Jayden but there was not the chance. He was stuck on her mind.
It seemed like he was spending more time at his other residence. "This is the hundredth time you have sighed today. Is something bothering you?" Venessa heard a female voice dragging her out of her thoughts.
She looked up to see Tabitha close to her staring at her curiously. "I am fine just a bit tired."
"Are you sure?" Tabitha asked giving her a bottle of water Venessa accepted. She opened the cork and downed some of the contents. She was pretty tired.
