With some desperation, he reached out to the glistening light that slightly illuminated his surroundings.
Quickly maneuvering around his grasping hand however, she said:
"Don't go grabbing demons, now! Don't you have any respect for us?"
Looking at her inquisitively, as if surprised by it avoiding him, he retracted his hand.
"Even if you are our lord, you have to know that not every demon will accept you! Especially as weak as you are right now!"
Confused by what she meant, he wanted to ask why he was a "Lord."
After a second of hesitation, he retracted his hand and clinging to the stone brick walk again, he was ready to continue on his way through.
Taking a few steps forward, the small, radiant figure spoke again.
"You're just gonna ignore me? It's polite to ask someone what their name is!"
Knowing he couldn't respond to her, he moved forward.
But his continued "ignoring" of her had instead incurred her anger.
"Okay kid, don't say you didn't deserve this!"
With a sudden jolt of lightning, an aching pain went through his body.
Lurching forward in pain, he had difficulty regaining his footing, before looking at the dancing light that had harmed him.
While still backed up against the wall and without a clue as to how to even fight; he raised his hands up to his face, balling his hands up into fists.
Reacting to him, she prepared to cast another blast of lightning, while saying:
"I am the Fairy… Pixie!"
