Imagining the power, he shut his eyes and imagined it.
What he wanted to use.
A blast of power, of pure energy.
During the brief time it took for him to imagine it himself, the Pixie waited patiently, fluttering and bobbing around.
"Ya done thinking about it yet?"
After a second, he raised his arm, and tried to find the spark of any power in his body.
Abruptly opening his eyes, he redirected his palm away from the Pixie, towards the ceiling.
It was here.
Surprised, the Pixie looked up.
"So you can do it, my Lord."
Nodding, he put his arm down.
Chuckling, the Pixie spoke.
"You could have killed me for my hostility, my Lord… but you didn't."
Briefly pausing, she made an offer to him.
"Could I join you..? It's stuffy down here… I'd rather leave with you and see the outside!"
Putting his hands on his hips, he took a moment to decide,
With a lack of any facial expression, he nodded his head.
"…You won't regret this, my Lord!"
