Flower wasn't really the nitpicky type during searching for what to wear. She basically knew how to dress, she knew what suits her stature and she also knew what does not suit her stature. Although sometimes, she might be nitpicky about what to wear, but then that's if she was planning to go to a luxurious party or fancy restaurant out in the city.
Be it as it, she was definitely sure that neither was Anthony taking her out in order for them to go to a luxurious party, nor was he taking her out so that they could visit a fancy restaurant and eat out. So therefore, Flower wasn't going to be nitpicky about what to wear, not like there's any female outfit in there to be nitpicky about anyways.
