Although Flower was planning to escape, even so, she didn't know exactly when to instigate her plan. She was hopeless about such, but then she still had the certainty that she was going to escape, and she had the hope that she was going to find help no matter what. But she knew that nothing could be done whilst eating, so therefore, Flower expeditiously devoured her food.
Even though, she has genuinely been warned by Regina not to be eating apace.
Soon enough, out of Flower's carelessness and swiftly wanting to eat rapidly so that she could focus on her fugitives planning, Flower choked on her food and began coughing bitterly. She instantaneously gulped down some mango juice to calm herself down and spontaneously spanked her chest.
Regina could only stare wholeheartedly at Flower with a worried expression, soon after, she mumbled, "You poor child."
Then she implanted more volume in her voice of communication; "Calm down Young Lady. You shouldn't eat more than you can handle. I know you're hungry and that you haven't eating anything for a long time now. But please slow down, if not, you will only do some more unwonted damages to your throat."
"Alright."
Flower had currently stopped coughing and was now back to eating. Then something popped up in her head, she knew this was a great plan if she can managed to pull it off.
"Um… Mrs Regina, can I have some more food? I'm still abundantly hungry you see," Flower uttered hesitantly. Knowing well that the meal that Regina served to her beforehand was enough to feed two to three people all at once. Thus, Flower was hesitant about asking for such because she was pretty sure that Regina would find it excessively strange. But then it didn't matter to Flower, she was just hoping to take some food along with her incase she got hungry on the way and needed to eat something. However, if Regina was reluctant about getting her more food, it still wouldn't change her mind, nor would she be persuaded about not escaping because of this. But initially Flower knew that Regina will most definitely have no choice than to heed to her commands.
As expected, Regina spoke in favour of Flower. "Okay, as you wish," she said. Although she had every reason to find Flower's cravings for food extremely peculiar. Nonetheless, she knew that Flower was suppose to be accompanied by a very enormous appetite because she had merely eating anything yesterday other than a glass of water.
With that thought, Regina claimed a standing position and ambulated away from the room and towards the direction of the door. She opened it and went out locking it from behind as expected. And as usual it made Flower angry that they were treating her like an hostage, she hated being treated like so.
Flower rolled her eyes rampaciously.
Then she promptly ended her meal. Not like she wanted to end it, however, the meal was already finished and she also didn't forget to caress the plate with her tongue and licked it thoroughly. She was completely filled and satisfied with the esculent meal.
Flower licked clean her lips and with that done, the tasty oily substance that was on her lips were all eradicated. Flower promptly got up and returned the tray on the table, she would happily have taken it back to the kitchen like a gentlewoman should have done. Notwithstanding, Flower couldn't do such since this estrange people were depriving her of her freedom.
Flower sighed. Then she walked towards the wardrobe and clasp the handle and then she opened it up. She was insearch of a satchel which she could use to carry the food along with herself. Flower wasn't only hoping to carry food inside the satchel, she was hoping on carrying some expensive jewellery with her so that she would be able to sell them off in exchange for the money which will be used to sponsor her trip back to Florida to meet her sweet mother or as a trade to get more information from some reluctant people who might need a favour in return for a favour. She knew that people loved money and money is never enough, even for a billionaire. But she was going to make sure that the load wasn't heavy, because if it was, it would be really hard to run whilst carrying an heavy objects.
Thank goodness Flower found a satchel amidst her searching and amidst all the unnecessary objects and items which Anthony had told Horatio to order for her. This is now when Flower began to appreciate all that Anthony had gotten her, if she was to sell this jewelleries then she would earn millions.
Flower smiled and swiftly, Flower packed everything she needed. She was still double-checking everything which she had packed when she heard some clanking of keys. Flower's eyes widened, and with immediate effects, Flower velocitize away from the wardrobe and threw her satchel under the bed, and then with agility, she determinedly accomplished a sitting posture on the bed and awaited whoever was going to come in.
With a slight smile on her face as though she was as innocent as a newborn baby and as sinless as a church pope. She smiled as though she hadn't been making any plans about getting away from here.
Regina came after the door was flung opened by her. She came holding a tray of food with the exact same quantity and varieties of meal which she had brought for Flower earlier. The only different was the tray and plates they she used, other than that, everything was arranged in the same way just like the earlier meal which she had brought.
She casted a glance in the room. In there, she saw Flower gently sitting on the bed like an angel and awaiting her profound set of food calmly. At least this was what poor Regina was thinking, not knowing that Flower was already instigating some sinister tactics. Poor Regina was hopeless about all this.
She came nearer to Flower with her usual smile. "Have this, Young Lady," Regina said and handed Flower the tray of esculent delicacy which was beauteously embellished on the white plates.
"Thank you," Flower said. Then she accepted her meal which she had properly ordered for.
"Don't choke on your food this time. Slow down," Regina said before going back to the sofa as always and Flower also gave a trivial nod to her words.
On the contrary, Flower wasn't hungry anymore. What she needed the food for was only best known to herself, and if she was to eat this food now she knew that when she is out there in the wild, she would definitely get hungry sooner or later. Flower would choose to gladly transfer the food into another container and then place it inside her satchel which she had forcibly propelled under the bed upon noticing that Regina was coming back and if she was to see the satchel on her hands, she would grow some suspicions against her. However, now that Regina was refusing to leave her room, she wouldn't be able to do such and she wouldn't be able to make arrangements for her plans.
What could be done now by Flower was to pray for good luck and pray for heavens to support her in her strives for freedom. And that Regina would leave soon, or even immediately to be precised.
Flower sighed.
Of course she wasn't going to eat all this once again. If she was to do so then she would bitterly upset her stomach, so yes, she wasn't going to eat it and it didn't matter if Regina find her actions suspicious, either ways, Flower wasn't going to eat it. Or else she would suffer two consequences from it—she would end up starving in the wilderness if she was to eat the food that she was supposed to be taking along with her—she would end up having a violent stomach ache which might jeopardize her ulterior motives and sinister tactics.
Flower carried the tray of food and stood up barefooted. She then went towards the table and dropped it there after gulping down the mango juice that came with it, other than that Flower didn't eat anything else.
She knew that Regina would soon ask her why she did so. So therefore, Flower took turn to speak first facing Regina. "I'll eat it later."
If Regina eventually went out of the room, Flower will basically grasp the opportunity of Regina's absence by transferring the food into a polythene bag and add it into the belongings in her satchel. Although she didn't have a polythene bag yet, nonetheless, Flower knew perfectly that she will definitely get one from the wardrobe out of the clothes that came as a package and their polythene hasn't been thrown away yet. Originally Flower would have find such a thing utterly despicable, henceforth, she had null choice so she was going to be sticking with that.
Regina on the opposite side didn't really appear too aggravated by Flower's doings. She understood that Flower was a mature woman who knows exactly what to do and how to behave, meaning that Flower had her own reasons for doing things. Thus, Regina wasn't going to pester Flower too much with silly questions.
"Okay, Young Lady," Regina said and then resumed her needlework as she had been doing beforehand.
Flower naturally witnessed the feeling of relief after hearing Regina. She went back to her bed and sat down. Soon enough, she layed down to get some rest. As it is, she had a long journey ahead of her. So then what would be better than taking an energetical rest before embarking on a tough journey.
Flower gathered herself under the blanket to protect herself from the overwhelming coldness of Alaska. Flower wasn't planning on sleeping, she was just planning on resting and hopefully Regina might misunderstood her resting state as a sleeping state and end up leaving her alone in the room thinking that she was fast asleep. This way, Flower would be more free to instigate her ulterior motives.
Flower knew that it was going to be a tough journey ahead, she also knew that she might encounter wild animals. Notwithstanding, she was going to take the risk. Knowing fully that if she doesn't then she might end up being Anthony's puppet for the rest of her lives.
Flower had already attempted suicide before, but then she realized that her life was damn straight important to her. She wasn't going to loose it out of her own stupidity. So indeed, escaping should be the only acceptable ulterior motive.
Flower smiled slightly, then she closed her eyes. Not that she had a lot to do here anyways, so she could sleep anywhere and at anytime.
