"Oi, Gilgamesh! Stop joking already! If it's that spar you want so badly, we can have it now. This is the Third Tsuchikage you are talking about, not some random twat!" Kakashi pleaded for a reason as he rushed Gilgamesh.
Gilgamesh's body burst out in golden particles and appeared in the sky in the same instant as everyone looked up.
"You are not serious, are you?" Kakashi said as he took a deep breath.
Gilgamesh quickly flew to where the bodies he decapitated were and found the stone shinobi sliced in half in the crater, with sand covering most of their body.
Mura picked up the boy and caught up with Gilgamesh while sliding on ice which Amai found fun, while the others hurried behind to know what Gilgamesh's next move was.
"Are you…?" Kakashi asked, seeing Gilgamesh floating above the land split of his creation.
"I will take them to Iwagakure with me," Gilgamesh answered without looking back.
"So you are really serious about going?" Kakashi said with a resigned sigh as he lifted his headband, revealing his hidden Sharingan in his left eye.
"Mura! Stay back!" Kakashi warned, placing Mura in a genjutsu.
"That's definitely the Copy Ninja indeed!" the captain of the mercenary gulped as Mura went back a bit before shaking his head.
'Tch! Three seconds is more than enough time for a killer blow. It took me three seconds to break out of the genjutsu he used on me with just a glance at his Sharingan! This mission is an eye-opener to my flaws. It would seem that I might not even be a match to Kakashi-sensei,' Mura growled to himself and waited behind.
"What is this, Kakashi?" Gilgamesh asked as a clone of Kakashi appeared above him with a kunai in hand.
"Wind Style: Gale Palm!" The clone echoed as violent winds flew from his palm to Gilgamesh's body.
"You do know I control the wind fully, right? Even nature has to bow before real power," Gilgamesh turned to the clone as the wind circulated around Gilgamesh safely but returned back to the clone, who couldn't dodge in the air, with three times the power behind it causing the clone to burst.
"Don't turn your back on the enemy. Is this how you want to fight the fence-sitter?" Kakashi said as the sound of a thousand birds chirping could be heard behind Gilgamesh.
Kakashi had already built enough momentum running and jumping to meet Gilgamesh in the air earlier and after using the Chidori on his right arm, but with low power behind it just enough to destabilise a shinobi and a little extra since his opponent was Gilgamesh, his speed increased and he was behind Gilgamesh in the same second Gilgamesh defeated his clone in the sky.
"That's fast!" Gilgamesh said as his head turned back to see lightning gathered behind him.
"MASTER!!!" Mura cried out.
"LIGHTNING BULLET!" Gilgamesh said calmly while pointing his index finger at Kakashi's right hand with his back exposed.
Blinding light was the result of the clash as Kakashi landed with a hole in his hand and burst into a cloud of smoke with a log of wood replacing him.
"But do you think sneak attacks work on someone like me, Kakashi?" Gilgamesh said as he landed on the floor and was immediately rushed by two white-haired clones who engaged him on both sides in taijutsu.
Gilgamesh began moving as he slapped away every punch and kick coming in from both sides.
"Not bad!" Kakashi commented mid-battle.
But Gilgamesh flipped out of that skirmish and glided on the ground, manipulating the air around him.
"Don't think we will let you go like that!" Kakashi said as he and his clone body flickered to Gilgamesh's position, but catching him was like catching fish with soapy hands.
Without repeating the same thing, Kakashi's clone jumped and perched on a tree sideways while throwing kunai and shurikens infused with his chakra for greater travel speed since Gilgamesh had already shown him his wind manipulation abilities.
Kakashi did the same while holding one kunai in his hand while throwing chakra-infused kunais and shurikens at Gilgamesh, who only had to move his head from side to side, but his running was halted.
Kakashi didn't waste that opportunity as he and his clone closed the distance.
His clone slid on the grass for a low combo and Kakashi took to the air in case Gilgamesh became too elusive for his clone.
It was time for Gilgamesh to move but an earth jutsu held him in place as the clone jumped up and did a wind jutsu that caused a whirlwind around Gilgamesh that began to die down immediately, but Kakashi wasn't wasting that chance and weaved hand signs in a heartbeat…
"Great Fireball Jutsu!"
A large fireball was launched quickly into the dying whirlwind that picked up the flames and increased its magnitude.
"WIND STYLE: WIND BREAKER!" Gilgamesh uttered as the whirlwind of flames was pushed out as quickly as they were formed.
Kakashi and his clone were also thrown backwards by the force of the wind.
"Finally, a decent fight!" Gilgamesh smiled as his body blurred past Kakashi's vision but was found holding the neck of his clone, who Gilgamesh force-fed grass as he flew across the plains, then stopped and burnt the clone with golden flames from head to toe while holding it in place.
'He even has perfect control of fire nature? Is this where his confidence comes from?' Kakashi thought as he wiped his mask. His eyes widened as his Sharingan did its best to anticipate two golden fireballs being formed above Gilgamesh.
In the next instant, those golden fireballs were launched at Kakashi with no time to dodge, causing a large explosion in the area.
'It's foolish to try and match his power or speed. In this case, technicality and quickness of tactics will ensure my victory,' Kakashi thought as he appeared before Gilgamesh with a body flicker.
'This is tasking but…' Kakashi thought in that same second as he weaved hand signs for the Shadow Clone, but Gilgamesh grabbed his neck, grazed his back against the grass and launched him in the sky, and Kakashi could only block Gilgamesh's physical assaults, which he considered bad since the hits were too heavy and bruising his blocking arms.
