'This is tasking but…' Kakashi thought in that same second as he weaved hand signs for the shadow clone, but Gilgamesh grabbed his neck, grazed his back against the grass and launched him into the sky, and Kakashi could only block Gilgamesh's physical assaults, which he considered bad since the hits were too heavy and bruising his blocking arms.

Throwing a kunai deep into the earth, Kakashi pulled on his chakra threads, sending his body back to the land he never thought he would miss.

'Fighting him in the air is foolishness. Noted,' Kakashi thought as he summoned another clone.

'I could just rain down golden fireballs, but where's the fun in that?' Gilgamesh thought, seeing Kakashi on the ground.

'Staying on the ground isn't safe either for someone with chakra reserves compared to a tailed beast,' Kakashi thought, but Gilgamesh began descending with his hand reaching for his weapon behind him.

Kakashi immediately weaved hand signs for another shadow clone when Gilgamesh wasn't too far from the ground, as a clone appeared near Gilgamesh in the air, grabbing onto Gilgamesh's right hand to stop him from arming himself with his weapon, gaining Gilgamesh's attention while the other clone on land jumped to grab hold of his left hand.

Without further ado, Kakashi slammed his hand on the ground.

"Summoning Jutsu!"

Two large black and brown dogs rushed Gilgamesh instantly and bit on his legs to secure him in place as Gilgamesh fell.

"MONGRELS, KAKASHI! YOU DARE USE MONGRELS ON ME!!!" Gilgamesh cried out as he struggled, and a kunai popped out of his gear. Using his knee, he sent the kunai at Kakashi that grazed his cheek, but Kakashi wasn't done.

Kakashi summoned a wall below Gilgamesh, who was observing free fall at the moment and would land in front of the mud wall. The mud wall had carvings of dog heads that Gilgamesh found interesting until his path was directed to the wall. With no other direction to move except the free space that Kakashi exploited once more by running through the short path with another Chidori, Gilgamesh sighed.

"You should at least understand the changes in your surroundings as you attack," Gilgamesh said with a frown, with Kakashi only a second away from giving him a controlled shock.

The kunai from earlier impaled Kakashi's right arm, causing him to send the Chidori downwards, ending the jutsu.

With a little chakra pressure, the clones burst and the dogs let go of Gilgamesh.

Kakashi got up while panting, while Gilgamesh smiled as he walked to him.

"You've grown in strength, Gilgamesh. Nice tactics," Kakashi said, grabbing his right arm.

"Haha, of course," Gilgamesh chuckled but tripped over one of the dogs.

Kakashi took that opportunity to appear behind him, squatted and joined his hands together.

Gilgamesh's eyes revealed Kakashi's intentions to him as panic set in.

"Thousand years of…" Kakashi began.

"Don't YOU DARE!" Gilgamesh said as violent winds pushed everything away from him, even the grass around him was cleared.

Kakashi was flung away till he hit a tree that helped him stand.

"Ugh," Kakashi muttered as blood trickled down his head and arm.

Gilgamesh's blade unsheathed itself as Kakashi's eyes widened, but he was too weakened to move.

Gilgamesh was a bit far off from him, but the blade pointed its edge at him, and Gilgamesh kicked the hilt, sending it at insane speeds to Kakashi that it passed by his ear, but the sheath this time faced Kakashi, and the blade was called back with the same speed that frightened Kakashi until it entered the sheath and flipped in the air and made its way to Gilgamesh's back.

Gilgamesh closed his hands together and opened it. Wind, lightning, fire, water, and earth formed into a sizeable ball until they were supercompressed to the colour black with lightning sparks around it.

"Black Nether," Gilgamesh named the jutsu and flicked it to Kakashi, who could tell how dangerous the jutsu was even though he just observed its creation.

Bad memories of a particular night filled his head. He lost his friend that night and his Sharingan evolved that night, but he hadn't used it since.

Gilgamesh stopped the jutsu and launched it to another part of the forest, much to the surprise of a tired Kakashi. A loud boom and thunderclap were heard, but no one ran to check it out or whether innocents were there. If anyone would know, it would be Gilgamesh.

"I could sense negativity coming from you," Gilgamesh said as he walked toward him.

"You can also sense things like that?" Kakashi asked.

"There is almost nothing I can't sense," Gilgamesh said, removing his kunai from Kakashi's shoulder, as warm golden light covered Kakashi.

"You could have warned me," Kakashi said as he massaged his shoulder.

"I forgot to ask when you could even heal?" Kakashi asked.

"Forget it. What's important is if you will still meet The Third Tsuchikage?" Kakashi asked as everyone waited for Gilgamesh's answer.

"Send the letter," Gilgamesh said.

Kakashi sighed and looked at Gilgamesh, "Let's say you end up fighting and somehow kill the fence-sitter. You would become an international criminal and…"

"Have you sent it?" Gilgamesh asked once more.

'He's serious about this,' Mura thought.

"Just kidding!" Gilgamesh said as Kakashi collapsed.

"Oi, Oi, Oi! I am a family man, you know! There's just so much my heart can take!" the captain of the mercenaries complained, clearly not enjoying Gilgamesh's antics.

"I see you don't like jokes. Alright then," Gilgamesh turned to him with a warm smile on his face.

"No, no, no. I like jokes! I was even called a clown for my love of jokes once (and I killed the bastard who called me that… I mean jokes get the blood pumping and the heart hearty after all)," the mercenary captain laughed nervously as he squeezed the paper.

"But I'll do it another time. Not now. Thanks for the advice, Kakashi-san." Gilgamesh smiled and walked away.

"That's not what I meant. Yare yare," Kakashi said but laid down with a sigh.

Mura smiled and shook his head, "That's my master, after all!"
