Nodding, she hung up the phone and left me to think about what we should do. Since I'm getting that award, I needed to do some things, like arranging a few fanmeeting.
What was I supposed to do now though? Annie was going to come here to arrange the scandal for Everize and Marcos. After that, I should be free.
But there was also the Diva's problem… I'm sure grandma and Christopher would take care of this, but what exactly was her reason?

Maybe it was the correct time to finally take a risk like Mei always does. I'm not exactly her- it may be stupid acting like this, but what's there to lose?
My boyfriend was a cheater, my dear grandma was sick, at least I reconciled with her now. I also made sure Reno is fine, what do I have left to worry about?
It was time to finally take a different stance.
I stood up and left the room, immediately ushering the nearest maid closer, "Find Reno for me and tell him that we are going out in an hour."

Our Diva Corny seemed to be having a fanmeeting by herself, it would only be appropriate for me to join her.
I wore a long coat with a cap on my head, under it I wore some elegant simple white dress. Something simple and casual to go out in, then I hooked my arm with Reno.
"Be ready, boy. I'm introducing you as my brother in front of the media today."

He froze, refusing to move at first. But I didn't need to even convince him much, just some pushes from me were enough to make him move along.
"You see, I'm receiving that award, yeah? I need to show myself in public or it'll be too suspicious."
"Suspicious? I don't really understand what you are trying to say. Also, is it my imagination or are we heading towards a very crowded place? The road is full."
He grumbled and I could only laugh, "We are in a very important fanmeeting that needs my presence."
Puzzled, he squinted ahead, trying to see more but was unable to.
"Why? I'm sure that isn't your fanmeeting for sure. Also, I don't remember you being too friendly with other idols and actresses?"
"That's right," I grinned, "I'm not planning to get friendly with that woman either."
"I, Alice, you…"
For some reason, Reno's gaze on me was weird. It was as if he was looking at a stranger, at someone he couldn't recognize.
Why was that? I don't think I've been that different. Oh, wait, there was something different…

Since discovering what happened with Marcos, I've been unable to stay disconnected from my emotions and feelings…
I've been mostly a normal human.
And, Mei has been coming out less.

Thinking of that, I pushed my way through the crowd. Calling him softly, I whispered, "Reno. Experience changes people."
And maybe that was what is happening with me now.

"Don't worry, you can always compensate me by getting the hell out of here. This is my own fanmeeting, why are you bringing your filth here?"
"Ah!" I dramatically gasped, "You want me to sing for your fans? Aww shucks, of course it's not a problem!"
"You whore…"
I almost cackled at that word. Fine, everything was going just like I wished. Such a nice, lovely occasion.
"But first, let me introduce you to my brother!"
I pointed at Reno, who managed to collect himself and smile calmly at the cameras.
The crowd erupted into a frenzy chatters that was almost impossible to calm down, all kinds of confusion and questions were there.
Yes, yes, I'm seeing my plan come to fruition.
"Wanna sing with me, brother? It's been a while."
"Ah, I think I wouldn't actually mind at all. It's truly been a while. Should we sing a short one?"
"Yes!"
My Reno was playing along with me, too.
Everything was going as I wished, while that Diva could only grit her teeth.
"Alright everyone! Please calm down to listen then~"
I hugged Reno's arm, whispering to him about the song before I started singing.
The nostalgic look on his face was priceless.
