Steve nodded and checked the meter reading her vitals.
"You seem to be very stable these days. Even after what just happened, you don't seem to be in pain from talking too much." He observed and she nodded.
"I feel a lot better these days, thank you." Alexa said and looked away.
"Are you worried about something?" He asked her. "Dreams, perhaps?"
"No, none of that." She said but still looked down. "Does Rachael… have to go to the anniversary?" She asked.
Steve was silent and he looked aside for a while.
"If you don't want her to go, I'm sure Raymond will agree to it." He said but she shook her head.
"It's not that I don't want her to go." She said, "I'm just worried. I'm worried something might happen to her while she's there. It's not a small party, you know. It's dangerous."
Steve nodded in understanding.
