"Can I ask you something?" She asked and he nodded. "What brought you out of your despair?" Paige asked him. He took a moment before answering.
"Well, I woke up one morning and said to myself, 'I can't keep wasting my life like this. I have a promise to fulfill'. And that's all it took to get me out." He said with a bright smile. "So, now, can I tell you what the promises were?" He asked her, more excited than she would've imagined.
Paige wondered, what were the promises about? Though she was ready to hear it, she couldn't stop herself from thinking about it.
"What was the first promise?" She asked.
