Embarrassed that she got it all wrong, Ariel's face flushed.
"Ariel." Raymond called. "I think I made a mistake somewhere." He said and dropped his head on her shoulder. "I hurt you and I didn't even know it."
"What are you talking about?" Ariel asked him. "You didn't hurt me."
"I know I did." He insisted. "And I'm ready to make up for it. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for being insensitive and stupidly oblivious."
"Raymond, you..." She turned her head only for her lips to meet his.
It wasn't a planned kiss but it escalated far more quickly than they anticipated. The kiss deepened and Raymond trailed his hand into her skirt.
'What is going on all of a sudden?' Ariel wondered in confusion and she couldn't catch her breath. Luckily, Raymond let go and started breathing on her neck. "Ra... Raymond. Let's talk this out."
