The hallway that led to the princess's bedroom was adorned with magnificent portraits of the royal family and their lineage. It was illuminated by a world-class crystal chandelier reflecting the artistic work in each portrait.
On one side of the hallway was a Royal family portrait and on the other side were single portraits of the past kings and their respective queens.
Below each single portrait was the name of the King and queen written in bold ancient handwriting and the duration of their rulership.
Lola forgot about her weariness, as she took her time going through each family portrait and single portrait, one after the other.
Acting as though she was in a picture art gallery, she aesthetically went through the pictures, starting from the very first king of the Yarkush empires all the way to her father.
