Chapter 2 - Lost Child of Amartia

As they walk Nova asks "Wait you mention mana right? Sorry due to memory loss of that Amartia you mentioned...I dunno how magic works here" Tim said as they walked to leave the forest "It's okay, basically mana is our magical energy yet there 3 types, Luminous (light), Umbral (dark), and Ecto(Soul)....and only one person can inherit one mana type then the temple's ceremony or special apparatus/device will help decipher you elemental abilities, here's the summary Thermos (Fire), Aero (air), Liquidus (water), Litho (earth), Agri (plant) we're the primary elements you can have..and it's okay if you can have more than one affinity it's just...not easy or rare if naturally born to be having such affinity of more than one element type"

Nova listened intently, absorbing this information about mana and elemental affinities. It was a lot to take in, but he was eager to learn more about this world and how it worked. "So, you're saying people here can harness the power of these elements through their mana?" he asked for clarification.

Tim paused for a moment and nodded "Ye-yes that's the gist of it yet.. there are people like me that are called magicless..yes we can survive the flowing magic or mana in this world yet we cannot harness or manipulate it as naturally.. Do we rely on relics, magic tools, or even chants/incantations done by the verbal magic mana that doesn't rely on drawing mana to ourselves but the environment" he says

Nova found this concept of magic and mana fascinating, especially the idea that some people were magicless. "That's interesting," he replied. "So, what about you? Do you use any of these relics or tools to perform magic?"

Tim shook his head "Nah, I don't feel I need to besides...I rely on motion-based Non-verbal magic and Verbal magic instead as a substitute.."

Nova was intrigued. "Non-verbal magic? That sounds fascinating. Could you show me some magic?" He was curious to see how magic worked in this world and what Tim could do with it.

Tim then started doing hand motions of a Litho (earth) element glyph that is small so it just summoned a pebble

Nova watched with interest as Tim summoned the pebble with his magic. "That's pretty cool! Can you do more complex spells?" He was eager to learn about the magic of this world.

Tim sighs "em n-no I c-can't sorry I could show you but I am no magician I am Magicless for a reason...plus" he looks down "if you met my childhood friend Dorothy.. she could show off any sort of magic in her sleeve" as Nova felt awkward and silent (wait I shall listen to Tim, Dorothy then....is it the same Dorothy in my dreams?)

Nova couldn't help but feel a sense of déjà vu hearing the name Dorothy again. It was becoming increasingly curious, but he didn't want to press Tim further if it made him uncomfortable. Instead, he decided to change the topic a bit. "So, how does one go about learning magic or getting stronger in it here? I'm quite intrigued by all of this."

Tim sighs "If ya wanna learn more, do that once we get your memories back buddy.." before he nudges Nova as they reach the village's gate the post guard asks who the strange boy that may have the village outfit, not a familiar face with Tim doing here

Tim steps in and vouches for Nova, "Don't worry, he's a newcomer, and I'm showing him around the village. He's got the same outfit to blend in, but he's not from around here."

The guard nods and lets them pass, and Tim continues to lead Nova through the village, pointing out various landmarks and introducing him to some of the villagers. Nova couldn't help but be captivated by this new world and the people in it, even though he knew he was just beginning to scratch the surface of its mysteries.

Before there pass the post guard blocks Nova from entering and ask "Guess another one of those lost children of Amartia yet..does that mean you forgot your calling/vow too? Hope it isn't as insufferable as Tim here" before Nova recalls his combat training memories intact from his life in the modern world and replied smugly "Oh Hoho my memory may be hazy but my calling? Or vow is to become a swordsman.." the postman laughs before seriously lend him a simple short sword "let's see if you can chop that log" that he display nearby, Tim is worried yet Nova gave of reassuring confidence

Nova grips the short sword, and with a swift, practiced motion, he strikes the log. To everyone's surprise, he cuts through it cleanly, leaving a deep, clean gash.

The post guard raises an eyebrow, clearly impressed. "Well, it seems you've got some skills, newcomer. Alright, you can pass."

With that, Nova and Tim continue into the village, leaving behind a rather astonished post guard. Tim looks at Nova with a newfound respect. "I didn't know you had sword skills. You are full of surprises."

Nova shrugs modestly, "It's just something I picked up back in my world. Let's continue our tour."

Tim corrects him "Hometown, since you have been acting weird did Amartia ruin your sense of speech?" Before Nova apologizes (right shoot I am Not supposed to keep mentioning I am an Isekai person..or what is the term of that in this world? No, I am not even sure since the way I appeared in that world is nothing like my Isekai collections...Tim is right my speech sounds weird..maybe even off)

Nova nods in agreement. "You're right, Tim. Sorry about that. Let's go on with the tour of the hometown."

They explore the village further, with Tim providing explanations about various aspects of village life, culture, and the significance of the temple to the villagers. Nova takes in the details, trying to adjust to this new reality while being careful not to reveal too much about his true origins.

Tim smiles as he seems to like Nova "Yet it seems I may not tell yet I can sense your had elemental magic potential!!! maybe a larger mana pool than mine!!" *he says with pride as they finally reach the Haddahs and Levites.

They finally reach out to meet one of the Haddahs. Sister Catherine a Head Haddah to the current temple near their village as she welcomes them in and offers some tea with the help of Novice kids of the temple to also help out while Tim explains Nova has altered memories, a foreigner of sorts and was one of the FABLED lost child of Amartia [Then as they take their drinks, the Head Haddah ask Nova if it is true...and if it is and he has no home to return to..she can take him into a vacant room of this temple, since the children may need some newcomer company....some of them even were lost child of Amartia too]

Sister Catherine lets the kids wash their empty cups of tea and informs TIm she will take it from here and let Tim go back home before nightfall (Nova wonders why they don't say sunset of sorts), then the sister chuckles and explains how TIME works here....if its 26 horae (hour of this world) a day, then the half of this day is called DayRise or Da.Ri for short (like AM to Nova's POV) and NightFall as mentioned earlier was Ni.Ra (PM) time, as they had a law stating during labor days everyone shall return to their homes why she remind Tim to go back home, she also added there are 12 days a week in this life (which Nova slowly got more intrigued why does it feel the TIME flows different felt familiar? he brush it off and pretends he is accustom to such time)

Sister Catherine offered Nova the option to stay in the temple if he had nowhere else to go, especially if he truly couldn't remember his past. The temple, she explained, often took in those who were lost or without a place to call home. She mentioned that there were other children there who were once lost children of Amartia, and perhaps Nova could find companionship and answers among them. Nova, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the situation, thanked her for the offer but decided to think about it for a while before making a decision.

As he left the temple and headed back to Tim's house, he couldn't help but think about the strange and magical world he now found himself in. His memories of his previous life were fuzzy at best, and he had a feeling that his journey in this new world was just beginning.

Sister Catherine could sense Nova's uncertainty as he thanked her for the offer but decided not to impose on Tim's hospitality. She understood and respected his decision, assuring him that the temple would always be open to him if he changed his mind.

As they parted ways, Nova couldn't shake the feeling that this world held many mysteries, and he was just beginning to uncover them. With a sense of both excitement and trepidation, he continued to explore Amerite Village, eager to learn more about this strange and magical land.

before he felt DEJA vu? why? why does this village feel like home? and why does Tim remind him of that boy from his slowly fainted vague weird dream? look no further he finally returned to the village's temple and volunteered to stay in one of their rooms as Sister Catherine said to call a Novice Levite (male trainee monk/mage of the temple) and it was Oswald Stone introducing himself, he explains he overheard his big brother figure Tim bringing newcomer Nova here (with dialogue) and he says by the way why the sister entrust a trainee like him..its because he doesn't mind small labour compare to other novices...his father is chief of the village and he is the younger brother of Dorothy (the child is currently is 9 years old yet has an appearance or height of a 12 year old)

Nova couldn't help but be taken aback by the mention of Dorothy's name once again. It was becoming increasingly clear that there were more connections between his current life in this mysterious world and his forgotten dreams from the modern realm. Oswald's presence only deepened this feeling of familiarity.

With a nod of understanding, Nova thanked Oswald for his assistance and accepted the room at the temple. As he settled in, he couldn't help but wonder how all these threads were connected and what his role in this world might be. It was a puzzle he was determined to unravel, even if it meant confronting the mysteries of his past and the strange dreams that seemed to bind him to this place.

Oswald said to call him just Oz, and the village kids his age were impressed he wanted to follow the same calling/vow as his sister when she used to be around and dreamt to be a great wizard someday (Nova felt, wait Dorothy..referencing...LAND OF OZ? no wizard of Oz? then Tim as in..steampunk family...TIN-MAN? yet he is so human, not a metallic person...he overthinks) before the kid nudge him to follow to his vacant room that the people of the Temple prepared

Nova followed Oz to his room in the temple, still contemplating the strange connections between the people and names in this world and his memories. As he settled into his new surroundings, he couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to his presence in this place than he understood. He decided to take this opportunity to learn more about the world of Mythlandia, its magic, and the role he might play in it.

then he just sighs and takes the time to fall asleep, meanwhile back in the modern realm Cosmos keeps doing her daily part-time and school routine before visiting her comatose Brother Nova's College age body (different from Mythlandia, until her eyes start flickering again so she brings out the special glasses her parents made for her to prevent her heterochromatic eyes -right eye blue, left eye green into golden non-heterochromatic eyes that she thought were fuzzy hallucinations when giving her migraines) until she heard a godly voice and worried, gripping his patient unconscious brother's hand 'wh-who's there?" *then the voice said just sleep or rest since she seems tired and now her POWER is getting a bit loose*

Cosmos, filled with concern and confusion, tried to respond to the mysterious voice. "I don't understand... who are you, and what do you want with my brother? Please, just tell me what's happening."

The voice remained enigmatic, offering no immediate answers. Cosmos reluctantly decided to trust the voice's advice and tried to get some rest, although her anxiety about her brother's condition kept her from sleeping soundly. She hoped that her dreams might provide some insight into the mysterious events unfolding around her family.

as she slept she suddenly entered a weird realm like it was a milky way and noticed an androgynous god just whistling afar and excusing himself and spoke "ahhh sorry m'lady, my name is Tao Yusha..or at least that's what I go by in this dream...welcome to my abode!! the realm of stars, or some sort of dreamworld you mortals call it? anyways I had come here to tell you something important..."

Cosmos, feeling disoriented in this dreamlike realm, tried to collect herself. "Tao Yusha... this is all so strange. What is this place, and why are you here? And most importantly, what's happening to my brother?"

Tao Yusha looked thoughtful for a moment before responding, "Your brother, Nova, he's in another realm, Mythlandia. He has a choice to make, one that could alter the course of his life forever. I offered him this choice when he was in a coma, and he chose to enter Mythlandia, although with some conditions."

Cosmos was both bewildered and concerned. "Mythlandia? Conditions? What are you talking about?"

Tao Yusha continued, "He can either wake up from his coma in the modern world, leaving behind all memories of this encounter, or he can embrace the world of Mythlandia, a place filled with magic and adventure. But there's a catch; his memories of our interaction will be erased. He won't remember any of this."

Cosmos felt a mix of emotions, torn between wanting her brother to wake up and fearing what might happen if he chose this mysterious Mythlandia. "So, what should I do? How can I help him?"

Tao Yusha replied, "You can't make this choice for him. It's his decision to make. But I wanted to inform you because it will affect your life as well. If he chooses Mythlandia, his connection to your world will be severed, and he won't be able to return...For times unknown."

Cosmos nodded, her eyes filled with determination. "I understand. Whatever choice my brother makes, I'll support him."

Tao Yusha smiled warmly. "That's what I wanted to hear. Now, rest assured, and let the fates unfold as they will. You'll find out soon enough."

With that, the dreamlike realm faded away, and Cosmos woke up, feeling a sense of resolution and readiness to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

before Cosmos huffs that the voice of the god still talks (Tao Yusha) "ohh right I forgot I am making an exception for you missy!!! You don't mind me conversing you with spiritual telepathy right? plus let's leave the hospital room and let your brother's body rest... ahem-have you ever wondered how strange your glasses help you prevent your eye colors to change and prevent migraines?" *Cosmos nodded before calming down to reply telepathically with dialogue as she prepared to go home* (you are a GOD as you say you are...then I guess no secrets escape you and? the point of knowing my eye colors changing? It must be new genes I just had) *before Tao Yusha tsk in their telepathic conversation while cosmos walk on the streets "no no Young one, THERE IS A SECRET...WHAT YOUR BROTHER ENJOYS OR IN THIS MODERN REALM FANTASY SUCH AS magic...and mana they do exist...and you had an ability your parents tried to suppress since the seal is partially broken off...even I had no intention of interfering with such flaw...if you want to know more ask your parents yourself once you get back home-" *Cosmos uttered wait before that telepathy ended and she finally reached her modern family home*

As Cosmos entered her family home, her mind was abuzz with all the revelations from her strange encounter in the dreamlike realm with Tao Yusha. She couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to her abilities and her family's secrets than she had ever known.

she couldn't help but wonder about her parents' role in the secrets Tao Yusha had alluded to. The questions would have to wait...

Cosmos found herself in a quieter home these days. With Nova in a coma and her parents often visiting him in the hospital, she was often the only one in the house. Their family dog, a lively Golden Retriever named Soul, was her constant companion, offering her a source of comfort and companionship during these challenging times.

She would spend her evenings studying, working her part-time job, and visiting her brother at the hospital when her parents needed a break. Cosmos couldn't help but wonder about the strange encounter she'd had with Tao Yusha, the god-like entity from her dream. The mention of her family's secrets and her latent abilities weighed heavily on her mind.

Despite the mysteries surrounding her family and the unknown realm of Mythlandia where her brother now resided, Cosmos found solace in the presence of her loyal dog and the memories of happier times with her family. She knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together as a family.

Cosmos thought one time (maybe I shall ask my parents during weekends and breaks from their work) as now we shift POV of Nova being a heavy sleeper when someone took off his blanket the voice being called out made him delirous to believe he is still back home he mumbled..." I am up I am up Sister...Cosmos...just a few minutes.." *I guess the person waking him up only her the minutes part before finally shaking his bed for a bit and the 15 year old black haired, green eyed boy Nova opens his eyes and turns to realize (right this is not home) and is happy Oz was waking him up yet nervous since the child seems like a grumpy adult "breakfast is ready..come on-"

Nova blinked, his still-drowsy mind struggling to catch up with reality. It took a moment for him to fully realize that he was no longer in his familiar world but in Mythlandia. The sight of the boy, Oz, who had shaken him awake, brought back memories of his recent arrival and his conversation with Tim.

He rubbed his eyes and sat up, trying to push aside the lingering confusion. "Breakfast? Yeah, sure," he mumbled, his voice still groggy. The room he was in was simple but comfortable, with a window that let in the soft glow of daylight. As he swung his legs over the side of the bed, he couldn't help but wonder what kind of food awaited him in this unfamiliar world.

he then wakes up and prepares to change into village clothes as they wre the same ones but washed, the ones he wore earlier in bed were bedrobes (their versions of PJs) as he finished changing he joined the children and other people of the temple, and chose to sit near Sister Catherine and Novice Brother Oz to dine in (he notice they are praying yet also murmuring to name "Pyro God of Power , Ray - Goddess of Wisdom, Star - Goddess of Light, Esmeraldus - God of the Earth, Aquais - Goddess of Water (peace and prosperity), Spinel Goddess of Dark (Unity and Friendship), lastly Viaous - God of protection/defense." before they finally dig in, for Nova thought (so this world has more than one god...do they exist or just a religion? no magic does indeed exist...Tim showed me and it is so lifelike...maybe there are many gods but...what was that term back in my school days?)

As Nova joined the others for breakfast, he observed the rituals and prayers taking place at the temple. The mention of various gods and goddesses intrigued him. It seemed that this world held a complex belief system, with different deities governing different aspects of life.

While enjoying the meal, he couldn't help but ponder the nature of these gods. Were they mere symbols of belief or actual beings with influence over the world? It reminded him of the mythologies he had read about in his world. As he chewed thoughtfully, he made a mental note to learn more about the gods of Mythlandia, especially since magic had already been proven to exist in this realm.

For now, he decided to focus on the present and enjoy the meal that had been prepared for him, thankful for the hospitality of the temple and the company of Sister Catherine, Novice Brother Oz, and the other villagers.

then Nova realized as he asked Sister Catherine to re-educated him about this world/land due to his ALTERED memories (made up to blend in), as the Haddah happily spoke and replied "Well since you finished your meal first the same as me, then young man I did mention time yesterday to you now...shall I explain were located at the southwest regions of the Kingdom with the lining of PURPLE of the basis of the Color wheel (citizens full of humans here), then Amerite is just one of the villages of this region...Kansite is this Garent Kingdom's Capital while other neighboring Kingdoms are based on the color wheel except indigo is placed in the center of the circular-shaped ruled and bordered area and the MAIN CAPITAL of Coloria and the Indigo colored lining that welcomes any citizen (elf, dwarf, human etc.) as long as they are a colorian citizen.."

Nova listened intently to Sister Catherine's explanation of the regional layout and the Coloria nation's structure. The idea of different kingdoms based on colors piqued his interest, and he made a mental note to learn more about the various regions and their characteristics.

He nodded, trying to absorb as much information as possible. The concept of a kingdom with citizens from different races and backgrounds intrigued him. It seemed that Mythlandia was a diverse and vibrant world, much different from the one he had known before.

As he continued to engage in conversation and gather knowledge about this new land, Nova couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to his presence here, something beyond just altered memories. He resolved to explore Mythlandia further and uncover the mysteries that seemed to surround him.

Oz then added there are rules of magic in this world, example, not everyone can harness 3 mana types (dark, light, soul) it's just random if you were born with that specific one of them out of the three....Plus different methods must've been mentioned already by Tim as Oz can guess from Nova's expression....what he added though the DEITIES or MIMORTAL beings don't get restrained by these rules...they just prefer not to intervene with mortal events..they are absolute power to the entire magic system what they call the AETHER SYSTEM, just a term scholars use when they first discovered how our magic operates.." *Nova listen until the other children finishing their meal go bored and says not everyone is as smart as Oz or Catherine so they ask Nova to take time to play with them*

Nova smiled warmly at the children's invitation to play. It was a chance for him to not only learn more about the culture and people of Coloria but also to enjoy some lighthearted moments in this new world.

"Of course, I'd love to play with you all," Nova replied, his eyes reflecting genuine enthusiasm. He followed the children, ready to engage in whatever games or activities they had in mind. As he played with them, he couldn't help but think about how different this world was from the one he had known before, filled with magic, gods, and unique customs. It was both exciting and intriguing, and he was determined to make the most of his time in this vibrant land of Coloria.

(The place he is under this fantasy world Mythlandia)

Meanwhile, Oz visited Tim's house to check on the boy since his off-day (their term of weekends, which out of 12 days of Mythlandia's week are 4 off-days) and to notice Tim is busy preparing some cash to buy some meals of his own as Oz spoke "Big brother Tim (he sees his sister's childhood friend as like a brother figure), is Big brother Nova (since Nova is older than Oz) really, not from our village when you found him?

Tim looked up from counting his coins and smiled at Oz, tousling his little brother's hair affectionately. "Well, Oz, you know that I found Nova out in the forest near the boulder, right?" Tim began, his expression thoughtful. "He said he didn't remember how he got here or even where he's from. It's all a bit strange, to be honest."

Oz nodded, his eyes wide with curiosity. "So, you think he's a lost child of Amartia like they say?"

Tim shrugged, his steampunk-style earring glinting in the light. "It's possible, but it's also possible that he's just from another village or something. We'll just have to wait and see if his memories come back."

Oz nodded again, his mind whirling with questions. It was all so mysterious, but he trusted his big brother Tim to figure things out. For now, he decided to change the topic. "Big brother, will you teach me more about magic today?"

Tim's face lit up with enthusiasm. "Of course, Oz! I'd be happy to teach you more about magic. Let's get started after breakfast."

Tim then got nervous "Yet remember compared to your sister...I am not as talented as her" before Oz hugged his waist part and spoke "It's okay, she's going to come back to us in the future I am sure of it!!! Plus it's because of you I am confident of my magical potential for the temple.."

Tim smiled down at his younger brother-like figure, his worries momentarily forgotten. "You're right, Oz. We'll all do our best, and one day, Dorothy will return to us." He ruffled Oz's hair affectionately. "Now, let's go and make the most of our day. I'm proud of how much you've learned already." With that, they headed out to start their day of magical training and adventures in Mythlandia.

Meanwhile, as Nova helped sister Catherine clean up the tables after everyone else had and he washed the dishes, the Head Haddah thanked the boy yet spoke "Still impressive when Tim informed you recalled your vow/calling, along with your name Nova..Hmm did you have your mana type Appraised before or not? Since this country has a tradition once the child is at the age of 5 their mana is big enough to let our Mana-Orb detect its mana type and it shows the three types I am sure Tim already told you at least the three mana types"

Nova paused for a moment, carefully considering his response. "No, Sister Catherine, I haven't had my mana type appraised yet. To be honest, this is all very new to me. Tim and Oz have been helping me understand this world, but I'm still learning." He offered a sheepish smile as he continued to wash the dishes.

As they finished the dishes "Would you like your mana appraised now? All temples across kingdoms still kept at least one and a few copies safe after use..it's not too late since you did get your memories taken" she uttered kindly as Nova lit up with a smile of his chunnibyou side "ahh so your deities May bless me with magic despite my unfortunate state as of late" the sister laughs cutely that made Nova laugh back before going casual "yes If you please let me"

Sister Catherine nodded with a warm smile. "Very well, Nova. Let's find out your mana type." She led him to a quiet, well-lit room within the temple, where a small, ornate device with a glowing crystal awaited. "Place your hand on the crystal, concentrate for a moment, and it will reveal your mana type."

Nova followed her instructions, placing his hand on the crystal and closing his eyes as he focused his thoughts on discovering his mana type. The crystal glowed brightly for a moment, and then its light settled into a soft, gentle hue. Sister Catherine observed the result and said, "It seems you have an affinity for Luminous mana, the magic of light."

Nova opened his eyes, a sense of wonder in his gaze. "Luminous mana? That sounds amazing!" He couldn't help but feel excited about this newfound aspect of his identity in Mythlandia.

Nova yet felt something is off , he didn't leave his hand yet at this moment (it may seem that way to the sister's POV , but the true secret mana type he has been blessed with was Spiritual/Ecto mana..he can see a blurry vague ghostly avatar of himself with rainbow colors compare to what was allowed to be shown) he thought that maybe this is his secret mana he can't tell the sister to say her crystal made a mistake...he is still learning how this world and magic works yet brush it off for now as he finally let it go and the crystal's color faded to notice Catherine saying they can commence a bit of training if he wanted or have an innate muscle memory to learn (then Nova said in a dialogue , Say Sister Catherine...why did Tim told me people are mostly born of either dark or light mana type? And Ecto mana is so rare?) as the sister's face turn gloomy and replied "it's because not every child born with it lives long...nor their bodies accept it that some children died by being born or either hunt down since it's been believed these kind of people with the mana type is the most powerful and can overpower the other two mana types and even ascend into godhood..Ohh right, one of our scholars mentioned that theory to some gods of other CONTINENTS outside Coloria is because some mortals commuted SPIRITUAL awakening and had trails to godhood ascension, although only our deities above know the truth of that possibility.....Since then our Equinox or her eminence Estella made a decree to take all any Ecto-mana children to her...in return, she can compensate their families with the blessings of the hierarchy...to be honest with me personally...I think that suspicious now I think about it yet still..pls don't give any future kid if you can distinguish between the 3 mana types to protect these rareborn ones.."

Nova listened carefully to Sister Catherine's explanation, his brows furrowing as he absorbed the information. The revelation about the rarity and potential dangers of Ecto mana left him with a sense of unease. He pondered for a moment, considering the implications of what he had just learned.

"I understand the concerns, Sister Catherine," Nova replied with a thoughtful expression. "It's a lot to take in, but I promise I won't reveal my mana type to anyone. I wouldn't want to put anyone in danger."

Sister Catherine nodded appreciatively. "Thank you, Nova. Your discretion is much appreciated. Now, if you're interested, we can begin your training with Luminous Mana. It can be a powerful and versatile type of magic. Shall we?"

Nova blinks (yet do they work the same?) then the sister reassures him the only difference between these 3 mana types is the sources..example Luminous is harnessed obviously during the day to replenish mana and harness through the surroundings full of positive energy or emotions, for Umbral it's the opposite, harness through negative emotions and replenish mana during the d night, you get a buffer for Light [Luminous] mana if full of Ball of Sun spotted, as for Dark [Umbral] mana it functions differently depending on the phase of the Moon" she explained "as for Ecto it is a mystery yet I guess it's a mix of your non-magical energy like stamina with your life force so it's best to train your body physically first to last long using such rare mana type." She advise before Nova sighs "so basically I am hurting myself if I don't train my body well?" (Feels like an Izuku Midoriya situation with how much power I deal with)

Sister Catherine nodded in agreement. "In a way, yes. Ecto mana seems to be closely tied to your physical vitality. Training your body and improving your stamina will likely help you use this mana type more effectively and safely. It's a unique path you're on, Nova, but with guidance and practice, you'll learn to harness your mana type without harming yourself."

Nova took in the advice, realizing that mastering his rare mana type would require dedication and discipline. "Thank you, Sister Catherine. I'm willing to learn and train. Let's begin with Luminous mana, shall we?"

With that, Nova embarked on his journey to understand and control the mysterious mana that dwelled within him, all while adapting to life in this unfamiliar but intriguing world of Mythlandia.

And then Catherine added "Plus WEIRDLY enough if you master both your body and SOUL, YOU CAN HARNESS ALL ELEMENTAL types....along with burrowing temporarily to replenish mana through the dark and light mana methods"

Nova's eyes widened in fascination at Catherine's revelation. "Mastering all elemental types? That sounds incredible. So, it's like a unique path of balance between the mana types. I'm up for the challenge."

With this newfound knowledge and determination, Nova began his training in earnest, motivated by the prospect of becoming a master of both his body and soul and harnessing the full potential of his unique Ecto mana. The mysteries of Mythlandia continued to unfold before him, and he was determined to explore them to their fullest.

Up until after some solo self-training by making himself jog around the temple he met up with Oz and Tim said hello and brought some food supplies to refill the temple's kitchen. The young wizard left Nova and Tim to chat as they shared their current early morning time before they set out to work together , Nova volunteered again to help Tim do his vow/calling for today so he could enjoy the rest of his off days for a while.

As Nova and Tim chatted and prepared to fulfill Tim's vow for the day, they developed a camaraderie that went beyond mere friendship. It was as if they were becoming true brothers, sharing their experiences, hopes, and dreams in this magical world of Mythlandia. With each passing day, Nova's connection to this new realm and its inhabitants grew stronger, and he embraced his role as a member of Amerite Village and as a companion to Tim.

Their adventures in Mythlandia were just beginning, and Nova couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and purpose as he faced the challenges and mysteries of this enchanting world.

One day, he was busy just finished doing chores in the temple like sweeping fallen leaves noticed Oz was being shy and wanted to approach him to ask since Tim is so open about what happened to his sister as his own father and mother didn't tell why she was taken away...Nova thought maybe he deserved to know so they entered back inside the temple and Nova's guest bedroom as they sat near each other Nova asked "is it what kind of taboo she committed?" The young boy nosed as he narrates Tim's version of the incident (basically the same thing happens to reference Nova's dream yet this time he was excluded as he came to realize and accept he doesn't exist in their memories and thought maybe some other curse or magic caused that, so dialogue version of that) don't misunderstand he says his version of Dorothy been taken away, it still the same just in Tim's version it's only him, Dorothy and Oz in the childhood friend circle..

Nova listened intently to Oz's account of the incident involving Dorothy. It was strikingly similar to what he had experienced in his dream or vision, yet there was a key difference: Nova's presence had been erased from their memories in this world.

As Oz spoke, Nova couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness and sympathy for his friends Tim and Dorothy. The mysterious events surrounding Dorothy's disappearance weighed heavily on their hearts. Nova knew that he had to do something to uncover the truth and help his new friends in any way he could.

With a determined look, Nova turned to Oz and said, "Thank you for sharing this with me, Oz. I promise I'll do my best to help Tim and Dorothy find the answers they seek. We'll get through this together."

As they continued their conversation, Nova couldn't shake the feeling that there was a deeper connection between his experiences in this world and the events of his dream. He was determined to unravel the mysteries of Mythlandia and bring peace to those who needed it.

As Nova narrated Tim's version of the incident, he could see the anger and frustration building in Oz's eyes. The young boy had just realized the unjust treatment that had befallen his sister, Dorothy, due to a selfless accident. Nova's heart went out to Oz, who had only just discovered this truth.

Oz clenched his fists, his voice trembling with emotion as he spoke, "I can't believe they accused my sister of being a criminal for something that was just an accident. This is so unfair!" He looked at Nova with a mix of determination and sorrow. "We have to find out the truth and clear her name. She doesn't deserve to be treated like this."

Nova nodded in agreement, his own determination matching Oz's. "You're right, Oz. We'll work together to uncover the truth and make things right for Dorothy. No one should have to suffer unjustly."

Oz calms down and reassure Nova soon they can uncover the truth yet they can't take action if there are flaws or unintended crime done again on the laws of Coloria before Nova yawns and goes to bed (Oz says goodbye as he leaves Nova's room and been busy somewhere else) the next day A panicked Tim shake Nova awake and ask if Oz is still around the temple "maybe?" Nova says sleepily before a shock makes him wake up when Tim tells him he isn't in his training grounds nor the house of the village chief so he asks when is the last time he was seen yesterday then Nova, a realization and feels bad as he confesses to Tim since Oz got curious on that childhood incident about Dorothy's BANISHMENT from the village as they both go in sync "he is in the cavern of the end borders"

Still groggy from sleep, Nova was shaken awake by a panicked Tim. Tim's worry was evident as he asked, "Nova, have you seen Oz around the temple? I can't find him anywhere."

Rubbing his eyes, Nova replied sleepily, "I think he was here yesterday, but I'm not sure where he went after that."

Tim's expression grew more anxious as he explained the situation. "You see, Nova, we were discussing Dorothy's banishment from the village yesterday, and I think Oz got really upset about it. He mentioned something about the 'cavern of the end borders.'"

Nova's eyes widened with realization and guilt. He knew exactly where Oz had gone, and it was a dangerous place. "The Cavern of the End Borders? That's not a safe place, Tim. We need to find him quickly!"

Both of them understood the urgency of the situation as they set out to search for Oz, hoping to find him safe and sound.

Nova hadn't disclosed the truth or details of Dorothy's banishment from the village to Tim. It was something only Tim knew. However, Nova admitted with guilt that he had discussed it with Oz yesterday. As they both realized where Oz might be, they felt a sense of urgency.

"Oz might have gone to the End Borders," Nova thought to repeat to himself with concern.

In a rush, they left the temple through Nova's bedroom window and quickly prepared for their journey. Tim held a Luminous Lamp, enchanting it with mana using a Light Glyph to ensure it wouldn't drain their mana as they ventured into the cavern. Nova felt a sense of nervousness, the situation feeling eerily familiar, yet he kept his unease to himself, knowing that his version of the memory differed from everyone else's.

Tim steps forward a bit nervous "It's my fault if I didn't tell you more about why my childhood friend Dorothy and older biological sister of Oz.." Nova spoke with a serious tone (rare for his carefree nature) "No it's my fault for being not able to read the reasons why you and Oz's parents or MAYBE even the entire village 'never' told him in detail of such an incident.." before they stop and realize Oz is not unconscious in the corner and they are at the same cave with the fossilized sleeping dragon and unique halfway decayed crystal formation and the same spiky pair of shields untouchable sink partially on the ground, Nova dragged Tim to hide into one of the rock formations since he noticed there are DEMONBEAST creatures here...it seems they are guarding a tied up and knocked out 9-year-old. Oz

In the dimly lit cave, Tim and Nova had a brief exchange of guilt-ridden words about their failure to communicate fully regarding Dorothy's banishment. Both were overwhelmed by the weight of their secrets.
