Serena and Rhys walked hurriedly under the heavy rain. After a short journey, they finally arrived at Rhys' apartment. Because of the sudden rainy weather conditions, Rhys invited Serena to go to his apartment, which happened to be located closer when compared to the distance to the house where Serena lived. Serena didn't mind because she couldn't force herself to go home, especially in this drenched condition.
Soaking wet, the two of them finally arrived at the apartment where Rhys lived. Hurrying up, Rhys took Serena straight to his unit. Luckily, there weren't too many people in the building, so Rhys and Serena didn't become the center of attention. Once in his unit, Rhys immediately opened the door and invited Serena to enter.
