The four girls discussed it and decided to go to the train station to buy tickets tomorrow.
As for now...
"Xu Xiuwen, do you want to study with us?" Shen Minyao asked proactively.
Xu Xiuwen had originally planned to rest this week and start reviewing next Monday. A week's time should be enough.
But now that he was already at the library, he might as well study with Tang Weiwei.
Xu Xiuwen brought a chair from elsewhere and sat between Su Yanyan and Tang Weiwei.
The library's table wasn't very wide, just enough for two people, so it was a bit crowded with three.
To avoid disturbing Su Yanyan, Xu Xiuwen had to sit closer to Tang Weiwei.
The library wasn't a place for romance, but occasionally being in this environment seemed to have its own charm.
However, Tang Weiwei hadn't thought that far. She was solely focused on helping Xu Xiuwen review.
After sitting down, she took out her notebook and began introducing the key points of each subject.
And these key points were categorized into minor key points, major key points, and the most critical points.
Tang Weiwei's explanations were very detailed, and her notes were even more meticulous.
Initially, Xu Xiuwen was not focused, but as he listened, he became completely absorbed in her explanations.
Tang Weiwei was indeed a top student who could score 700 points. She had thoroughly mastered every subject, and her notes were incredibly detailed yet concise and easy to understand.
Looking at her notebook, Xu Xiuwen couldn't help but praise, "Weiwei, you're amazing! Your notes are so well done."
Tang Weiwei blushed slightly at the compliment and replied softly, "It's okay."
Xu Xiuwen felt a bit excited. Believing that Bai Yue'er and Shen Minyao across from him, as well as Su Yanyan to his right, couldn't see, he boldly wrapped his arm around the girl's slender waist.
Tang Weiwei let out a soft sound when he did, not loud but noticeable in the quiet library.
Shen Minyao immediately asked, "What's wrong, Weiwei?"
Tang Weiwei lowered her head, her face red as a beet.
Xu Xiuwen smiled and said to Shen Minyao, "It's nothing, she just bumped into the table corner. Let's continue studying."
Xu Xiuwen pretended to point to a word in the notes, asking Tang Weiwei what it meant.
Shen Minyao looked but didn't see anything wrong, so she put down her doubts and continued reading.
After a few minutes, Tang Weiwei gradually adjusted, her tense body relaxing.
She glanced at Xu Xiuwen and whispered, "Don't~~"
Xu Xiuwen felt a twinge of excitement but, given the library setting and the presence of the three girls from Room 601, he couldn't do much.
So, he leaned closer to her ear and whispered, "It's okay, I'll just keep it there and not move."
Seeing that he wouldn't let go, Tang Weiwei had no choice but to let him.
The girl refocused on explaining the material to Xu Xiuwen.
During this time, Xu Xiuwen was mostly well-behaved.
But occasionally, he would move slightly, taking things a bit further.
Tang Weiwei's body alternated between tense and relaxed, and her explanations gradually decreased.
Xu Xiuwen also whispered things in her ear, making her blush deeply.
Tang Weiwei silently endured Xu Xiuwen.
But someone couldn't stand it anymore.
Bai Yue'er suddenly looked up and said coldly, "Xu Xiuwen, aren't you going too far!"
Everyone at the table was stunned by her words.
Bai Yue'er continued, "This is a place for studying, not for you to be affectionate. Can you not make those noises?"
Shen Minyao and Su Yanyan had also noticed the small actions between the two but hadn't said anything.
Now that Bai Yue'er had spoken up, the two were both surprised and curious about how Xu Xiuwen would explain.
Xu Xiuwen didn't explain but took the initiative to say, "Sorry, it's hard to control myself around Weiwei."
Then he leaned into Tang Weiwei's ear and whispered something.
Bai Yue'er couldn't hear, but she saw Tang Weiwei shake her head at first. Then, after Xu Xiuwen said something else, she nodded.
Xu Xiuwen then turned to the others and said, "We have some personal matters to attend to, so we won't disturb your studying. We're leaving."
Without waiting for the girls to respond, Xu Xiuwen helped Tang Weiwei pack up her books and quickly led her out.
Everyone knew they were probably going to find a place to be alone.
Despite the absence of any disturbances now, Bai Yue'er found herself unable to concentrate, even more so than when Xu Xiuwen was around.
Shen Minyao felt the same.
Only Su Yanyan, with her simple and straightforward mind, continued studying earnestly.
Xu Xiuwen led Tang Weiwei out of the library.
It was already 5 PM, with the sun setting and the sky filled with colorful clouds.
Even the relatively plain campus of Jiangling University looked beautiful under the sunset.
Last night had been too dark to really see Tang Weiwei.
Xu Xiuwen placed his hands on her shoulders, carefully looking at her, and suddenly asked, "Weiwei, have you lost weight recently?"
Tang Weiwei shook her head, "No, I feel like I've gained weight."
Xu Xiuwen chuckled, "Really? Where? Let me feel."
He pretended to reach out, scaring Tang Weiwei who shrank back, "Don't, there are a lot of people around."
Xu Xiuwen sternly said, "Don't move!"
Though uncomfortable, Tang Weiwei obeyed, not moving but looking worried and shy.
Her expressions amused Xu Xiuwen.
He laughed, "Just kidding. I'm not that desperate."
Tang Weiwei breathed a sigh of relief.
Xu Xiuwen took her to the cafeteria to eat. Since classes weren't out yet, it wasn't crowded.
While eating, Xu Xiuwen suddenly sighed, "Weiwei, the thought of the upcoming break and not seeing you for a month makes me sad."
Tang Weiwei's chopsticks trembled slightly.
She looked into his eyes, feeling he was serious, and said, "I'll call you."
Xu Xiuwen asked with a smile, "Really? You're not lying?"
Tang Weiwei shook her head. She never lied.
Knowing this, Xu Xiuwen continued, "So it's settled. During the break, you have to call me every day. I'll cover the phone bill."
Tang Weiwei wanted to say she could afford the phone bill but agreed since he insisted.
As they were finishing dinner, Tang Weiwei couldn't help but say, "Xu Xiuwen, you really need to study seriously. I heard failing can prevent you from graduating. The consequences are severe."
She was concerned about him, which pleased Xu Xiuwen. He reassured her, "Even if you didn't mention it, I'd be studying hard. I promised the Counselor I'd pass every course, so don't worry."
"Okay." Tang Weiwei thought that with her help and notes, plus Xu Xiuwen's effort, he'd definitely pass the exams, so she felt relieved.
