Trisha sat at her desk, flipping through the progress report with furrowed brows. The numbers and updates on the paper painted a rosy picture: steady progress, equipment in place, tasks completed on time. But something felt off.
Determined to get to the bottom of it, she grabbed her tablet and decided to head out for a site inspection. As she walked through the construction area, the contrast became glaringly obvious. Some of the machinery was missing, and the materials that were supposed to be stacked and ready for use were nowhere to be found.
