Trisha sighed and ran a hand through her hair, pushing the worries aside. They would cross that bridge when they came to it. For now, she had to focus on getting through the next few days, and then the next few weeks. One step at a time.
She glanced at the clock on her wall, realizing she was late for a meeting with construction team. She grabbed her notepad and pencil and quickly left her office, hoping she hadn't made them wait too long.
When she entered the conference room, everyone was already there. She gave them a polite nod, taking her place at the head of the table.
"Thank you for waiting," she said. "Let's get started. We have a lot to go over today."
She flipped open her notepad and clicked her pen, ready to get down to business. She looked around the room, her gaze landing on each member of the construction crew. They were a good team, and she was confident they would pull through for her.
