Ryle's brows tugged together and he immediately stepped inside the bathroom, the haze in his head cleared within an instant and his footsteps sped up.
"Daisy…'' his fingers shook slightly and he curled them into fists, his palms sweaty.
Ryle's footsteps slowed down when he spotted Daisy in the bathtub, her eyes were closed, her long hair splaying back out of the tub.
The dress he had gathered in his hand slipped from his grasp and he strode towards her.
He unconsciously reached a hand towards her neck.
''Princess…'' his voice shook slightly.
But just as his fingers settled on her pulse points, she opened her eyes and looked at him with a sparkle in them.
''What…'' Ryle's brows tugged in a frown, ''...do you think you are doing?"
''Why do you look so… pale?" Daisy paused, the light in her eyes dimming by a notch, ''Is something bothering you?"
