Chapter 36 - Plans

"It seems my suspicions were correct, Hades. You have managed to survive and come back. Now, as for Zeus, it may not be the ideal time for a battle. Perhaps it would be best for you to return to Olympus." Poseidon's appearance caught many off guard, including myself. Zeus's eyes narrowed as he took a step back, his anger was showing on his face.

"Hades will be the downfall of this game and our only chance to become true Gods. He must be eliminated." With a mighty strike of his thunderbolt against the ground, Zeus emphasizes his declaration.

Poseidon turns to face Zeus, a deep breath escaping his lips as he speaks. "Your relentless pursuit of power has clouded your judgment. We can't be certain that winning this game will make us true gods. And we're all trapped here until we either win or die."

Poseidon's words rang through the tense crowd, their hushed whispers filling the air in the uneasy silence that followed.
