Chereads / Annie's game of Motherhood / Chapter 9 - Desperate

Chapter 9 - Desperate

Annie fearfully stopped in front of the villa. She timidly pressed the doorbell. A man in a black tuxedo opened the door.

He gave her a small smile and led her inside.

"Sir will be here any minute. Till you can wait here."

 She nodded.

He smiled and went inside. Her heart was pounding in her chest. She didn't feel right but she wanted to save her daughter at all cost.

She heard footsteps, she looked up and saw a man walking down the stairs. He was six feet tall, had broad shoulders, and strong arms. His features were angular and a had a toned jawline. His hair was chestnut brown and he had honey brown eyes.

He resembled Christian and she guessed he must be Christian's brother.

She stood up when she saw him. He looked in her direction and stopped.

He looked at her, head to town. He gave a sly smile. He strode to where she was.

"Hey there Ms. Annie." He took her hand and kissed her knuckles.

She felt funny and she politely released his hold.

"Please mister I want my daughter back." She pleaded.

He just stared at her, admiring her beauty. He had always wanted her. He had always dreamed of the time he'd make a family with her. That was until Christian slept with her. He always took everything from him even the live of his life.

He smiled at her, "Sit." He gestured for her to sit.

"No sir, I want my daughter. Please sir just bring her to me." She was getting teary.

He didn't want to hurt her but this was the only way he could get back at Christian.

"Your daughter is being brought here... Till then why don't you just have a drink?"

 "No sir..."

 "No please. It's a request."

She couldn't say no. She sighed and nodded.

He ordered a maid to get a drink for her. The maid came back with a glass of mango juice. She dropped it in front of Annie.

She was hesitant but she took it and slowly gulped it down.

A grin appeared on Christopher's face when she was done drinking.

She dropped the glass and looked around, Christine didn't seem to be around.

"You said my daughter's being brought here. Where is she?" She asked puzzled.

"In the basement." He said simply.

"Basement? She's in the basement? Why... What is the doing there? She's just five for God's sake!" She cried.

",Calm down dear, don't worry she's fine." He smirked and walked closer to her.

She felt dizzy. She dropped on the couch and tried getting a hold of herself.

"I want my daughter." She mumbled.

"I'll bring your daughter to you if you let me sleep with you."

She was alarmed but too dizzy to react.

 "I won't do that."

Christopher smirked, she was too weak to do anything.

"I love you Annie." He said softly.

Annie looked at him in a daze. What?

He came closer and gently caressed her arm.

"So you know me?" She asked surprised.

"That doesn't matter. All that matters right now is that I love you and want you."

He stooped forward and gently kissed her arm.

She was getting dizzier by the minute. He wrapped his hands round her waist and brought her closer to himself.

He peppered kisses all over her face. As if hit by something, she forced herself from his hold.

"Stay away from me!" She yelled and staggered backwards.

 "Annie I..."

She shut him up, "Bring me my daughter!" She screamed.

He walked to her and held her, "Hey take it easy."

She was getting weaker and dizzier.

Seeing her condition, he carried her in bridal style to his room.

He gently dropped her on the bed. He kissed her for what what seemed like forever.

His hand was on her zipper and he slowly zipped it down. He kissed her again.

Annie eyes dazed around for a while.

 "My child." She mumbled.

She suddenly realized her surrounding and pushed him away forcefully.

She got down from the bed and staggered out if the room. She quickly locked the door from outside.

She didn't know where she was going but she still continued walking.

She went downstairs, that's where a basement would be. She walked with unsteady steps around but she couldn't find anything that looked like a basement.

She sniffed and still searched around for clues. She crashed into something. Her head was spinning and her eyes dizzy. She opened her eyes. Everywhere was dark, she couldn't see anything in that place.

"Someone help!" A faint voice was heard in a distance.

She listened carefully and heard the voice again, this time louder. She realised the voice sounded like Christine's.

"Christine? Is that you? It's me your mother." She sounded.

 "Mommy?"

 "Yes. It's me."

"I'm over here Mommy. Iver here."

"Where? I can't see you." Her head spun and she could feel the throbbing pain in her head.

"Follow the sound of my voice." She said.

She moved in the direction she heard her voice. She moved with unsteady steps, careful not to bump into anything.

 "Mommy." Christine called.

She could hear the sound closer so she stretched out her hands to feel. Her hands touched a hand, she moved it slowly down and realised it was Christine.

 "My child!"

"I'm tied Mommy. Please untie me."

Annie felt her heart twist. That demon had the heart to lock up her daughter!

She tried her best and untied her. They hugged.

"My daughter, my sweet child.!" She kissed her hair.

"Mommy. That man is very bad. He locked me here and I'm so scared." She sniffed.

She cupped her hair and kissed her hair.

"Don't worry baby. I'm here now. Nothing will happen to you." She hugged her again.

"How do we get out of here now Mommy?"

Everywhere was so dark, she could barely see Christine.

 "Well find a way."

She looked around, how was she gonna find the switch?

Suddenly the lights went on. Christine hugged Annie tightly.

Christopher looked at both if them, furious.

 "How dare you?" He yelled.

"I just wanted my daughter!" She yelled back.

"Oh no you won't Annie. I gave you a simple option but no you refused and you want me to give you your daughter just like that?" He asked his eyes red.

He signaled two of his new and they went towards Annie. They grabbed Christine.

 "Mommy!"

"Let her go!" She cried running after them.

 Christopher grabbed her arm.

"You're coming with me. And this time, you ain't getting your daughter back." He smirked.

"No! I want my daughter! Ketchup me go!" She tried releasing herself.

Christopher carried her in bridal style. She kicked violently and kept on hitting hum. He ignored all these and carried her to his room.

This time, he locked the door.

Annie kept on kicking. He ounned her down. Her screams were all in vain.

His weight was too much for her weak body. Her head sounds and it throbbed harder,, her eyes couldn't take it anymore and she passed out.

Christopher was pleased. Her shoulder was exposed already due to the fact her zipper was already diwn and the violent kickings.

He kissed her shoulder blade down to her neck to her chest. His excitement was growing and he couldn't contain it. He took off her dress leaving her in her underwear. He just couldn't kissing her.

He was about to take off her underwear when the door broke open.
