After glancing at the sheepskin treasure map, Chu Tian was immediately captivated by a symbol on the map that matched the Phoenix Seal he had acquired earlier. This revelation sparked a flicker of murderous intent in his eyes. However, considering the Mountain Moving Giant Ape's level, he quickly dismissed any aggressive thoughts, knowing that even his most powerful sword formation might not be enough to defeat the ape.
Chu Tian tried to memorize the map but found, for some reason, he couldn't retain it in his memory. After a moment's hesitation, he rolled up the map and handed it back to the thirty-meter-tall ape.
The ape caught the map and, looking down at Chu Tian with a smirk, warned, "Remember, bring your mentor. Otherwise, you'll learn the consequences of deceiving me."
"Understood," Chu Tian replied with a smile and looked at the caged Thunder Fire Furious Tiger cub. The ape then transformed the cage into a spatial pet cage, sealing the cub inside.
"Then, senior, I'll take my leave," Chu Tian said as he grabbed the cage and flew towards the ghost market, curious about the Phoenix Seal in his system space and the ape's map.
In mid-flight, Chu Tian contacted Wu Xiuer. After a while with no response, just as he was about to hang up, the call connected. Wu Xiuer appeared on the communicator, casually smoking her long pipe and asking, "What's up?"
Chu Tian got straight to the point, mentioning the Phoenix Seal and the map held by an S-class Mountain Moving Giant Ape. Wu Xiuer, initially dismissive of the map, expressed interest in the giant ape's body parts.
Chu Tian, a bit taken aback by her reaction, sent her his coordinates and told her to meet him at the northern forests of Death's Shore.
A few minutes later, Chu Tian sensed a strong surge of spiritual energy and saw a spark of light appear nearby. The spark expanded into a large ring, revealing the third floor of the ghost market.
The first person to emerge from the ring was Klaysha, who playfully tapped Chu Tian on the forehead, calling him "stinky little brother." The second person was Kaiser, clad in impressive golden and red armor. The third was Wu Xiuer, still in her ancient court attire, smoking her signature pipe. Finally, Snow Ji, the innkeeper, emerged, now an S+ class entity with no visible tails, indicating her advancement.
Chu Tian immediately noticed that his system now displayed information about Klaysha and Kaiser.
[Klaysha Skexen]
[Race: Human (Cybernetically enhanced, unable to advance)]
[Level: S]
[Talents: Insight, Spatial Control, Thunder]
Understanding the nature of the spatial portal, Chu Tian copied Klaysha's Insight and Spatial Control talents. The Insight talent allowed him to detect weaknesses in opponents' attacks, while Spatial Control enabled teleportation and potentially even interdimensional travel.
Kaiser's talents were even more remarkable, including Dragon Bone Shield, Dragon Strength, Eagle Eye, Blood Rage, Spirit Source, Sunfire, and Regeneration. Chu Tian exchanged his Ant Strength and Iron Body talents for 450 attribute points, surprised at the high value. Dragon Strength would now take precedence over Ant Strength as a passive talent, and Dragon Bone Shield provided a strong defensive ability.
Chu Tian also copied Blood Rage, Spirit Source, and Sunfire, exchanging his Fire Talent for additional attribute points. These common offensive talents were widely available among warriors.
As Wu Xiuer, Klaysha, Kaiser, and Snow Ji gathered, Chu Tian prepared to discuss the next steps regarding the treasure hunt and the Mountain Moving Giant Ape.
