Chapter 133 - 133

Chu Tian, feeling the weight of Earth's precarious situation with extraterrestrial threats looming and rampant beasts, sent a message to Claisa to inform her of his location and the information about the Insectoids he had learned from Snow Ji. He was concerned about the internal disintegration of Earth due to these threats. Claisa's brief response of "Got it" made Chu Tian wonder if he was overly worried, given that the Insectoids' presence was likely already under scrutiny by the Federation and major families.

Pushing aside these thoughts, Chu Tian headed towards the center of the Ghost Market, the hub of goods trading. He soon spotted Ah Yin's Equipment Material Store, identified by its holographic sign. Inside, a young man with iron antlers, evidently a transformed Iron Horn Moose, was tending the shop. Ah Yin, recognizing Chu Tian as Emperor Whale, greeted him warmly and assured fair pricing, as he had been referred by Snow Ji.

Chu Tian, noting Ah Yin's partially transformed moose legs, politely complimented him on his appearance, which seemed to please Ah Yin. After serving tea, Ah Yin inquired about the materials Chu Tian wanted to sell. Chu Tian presented three spatial bags containing various grades of materials and equipment. Ah Yin offered a reasonable price for each, including a substantial sum for materials from the S-level Octopus Shark, recognizing its rarity.

After settling the transaction, Chu Tian left the store to explore more of the Ghost Market. He noticed several human-run shops whose owners were wanted by the Federation for treason. The deeper he went into the market, the more extraordinary items he encountered, including meteoric iron from space and other unique artifacts. He found an ancient stamp with a phoenix on one side and a faint map on the other, which intrigued him.

The shopkeeper, initially indifferent, quickly changed his demeanor when he saw Chu Tian's interest. He initially asked for fifty fourth-level spirit crystals but drastically reduced his price upon realizing Chu Tian was about to leave. Chu Tian, after some negotiation, purchased the stamp for five second-level spirit crystals, seeing the original asking price as exorbitant.

With the intriguing stamp in hand and his curiosity piqued, Chu Tian continued his exploration of the Ghost Market, aware of its reputation as a place where almost anything could be found or sold.
