"Who's to say our Lucas isn't a genius? He scores very well in every exam and he's also very active. I deliberately didn't enroll him in accelerated classes so that he could grow with his peers," William replied.
According to him, Amanda's quick grasp of things is a big influence on Lucas. That's what made their son as smart as he is now. Amanda was relieved to hear that, she was worried that because she never had any academic lessons at school, she had become very stupid.
"Want to go out for a walk after this? It looks like a nice evening around here," he invited.
