ROAR! As the beast within the mist was going on a rampage, powerful pressure suddenly fell from the sky.
BOOM! Cracks start appearing on the ground around the beast. The supernatural senses sense that the aura of the creature has weakened and weakened, and without hesitation, all of them renewed their attacks.
"Wait! Look at the energy gathering towards that monster!" The golden-eyed teacher shouted as they could see the mist actually growing darker; the bloody scent in the air seemed to have thickened.
A grim reaper appears above the beast, and howls of ghosts and cries of pain from unknown sources spread. Although the pressure from heaven is suppressing the beast, it is actually not enough to bring it down.
'What kind of scene are we watching right now? ? ' Margaret watches with a dumbfounded expression as beings more powerful than her are being pushed back by one entity.
The dense mist might be hiding the true appearance of the beast, but it does not obscure its glowing eyes filled with malice and ecstasy, as if watching other creatures kill each other or suffer or suffer in misery is giving it the outmost pleasure.
"That abomination should not exist!" Roars the barbarian teacher as his instinct tells him that the beast within the mist is no ally and actually threatens their safety too.
"Why care so much when it is doing us a favour by taking our enemy??" A demon snorts as he watches with amusement. He might be scared of the beast within the mist, but as long as it is ignoring them, he does not care.
"Wait! Is it just me, or does or does that beast seem to not be able to see us??" Suddenly, the elf teacher exclaimed as she watched the eye of the beast.
The other teachers focused on the eyes of the beast, and they were surprised to discover the same thing as the elf teacher.
Meanwhile, inside his own soul space, Cleo was now glowing in golden light. In his hand was a lotus flower glowing in a mysterious and gentle light.
Outside, there was a great change in the battlefield; the dead genetic lifeforms are now standing up once again and again, and the expression of the undead teachers changes as they feel the familiar aura from these moving corpses.
Undeads are not widely accepted by most worlds as they carry lethal energy. For most worlds, only undeads that contain intelligence and are able to control their urges are accepted by a small number of powers, like the Mystique Academy.
"No way." The undead teacher mumbles in his mouth as the dead corpses are resurrected and are now attacking any living being around them.
One of the dead corpses even started charging towards the group of humans but was stopped by a chain. It was pulled into the mist as the sound of munching and ghostly wails was heard, causing all the undead teachers to shiver in fear.
"That thing is an abomination! It does not represent any forces by itself; it only knows how to kill and torture anything and everything; it sets its mind too!" Roars the elf teacher. Elves are generally disgusted by the existence of the undead, as their aura and energy are total opposites.
But right now, she cannot help but pity her fellow teachers; she can see that the undeads that were absorbed would cease to exist in any form, turning into pure nutrients for the beast within the mist.
Three heads appear out of the mist: a tiger, a goat, and a humanoid skull. The three heads start screaming in different voices: the tiger was full of fury; the goat was silent, but its eyes were radiating intense ecstasy; and the last one was screaming in pain.
"What kind of entity is that!?" Screams the golden monk teacher. Suddenly, all three heads start flying in different directions.
The supernaturals are already on guard; seeing the three heads flying towards them, they instantly retreat. The evolved sword slave did not retreat that far and actually cut off the tiger head.
Unfortunately for the Supernaturals, this was the wrong move. As the head fell to the ground, the surrounding undeads around it were absorbed, creating a disgusting scene where multiple flesh and souls from different beings fused into one entity.
The evolved sword slave instantly realises its mistake and tries to attack the fusing head; unfortunately, the true body of the beast makes a move, and a powerful beam of energy is fired at it.
BOOM! It blocks the attack, but it was futile; its body is blasted away by the powerful explosion. Seeing how it was blown back, it seems that it lost its consciousness, and it is highly possible that it is now on the verge of death.
Inside the soul space, Cleo opens his eyes, and golden radiance blasts out of them. He immediately asks:.
"System, why do I feel that my connection between me and the Malevolent Tiger spirit is weakening?"
[The system is currently busy perfecting Cleo's Clone (Leon) evolution; it is unable to fully answer the host at the current moment.]
The system did not answer him and only left a message that it had left before improving Leon's evolution. It knows that in order for Cleo to regain control over his body, the answer lies with Leon.
On the battlefield, the tiger head transforms into an unknown entity made out of blood and flesh; its body is riddled with multiple heads of different lifeforms; shockingly, it is not focused on the genetic lifeforms but sets its eyes on Leon.
"Sh*t! Protect Sir Immortal!" Roars one of the teachers as all of them prepare to face the grotesque monstrosity.
"Why is it attacking us!?" Screams the other warriors. This question actually resonates with everyone. The golden-eyed teacher frowns as he focuses on the eyes of the beast within the mist.
"It is in pain!" He screams, startling everyone, but the golden monk teacher instantly understands what he means.
"Sir Immortal! It is him; the beast within the mist is trying to prevent his ascension! It might prove lethal towards it!" He roars loud and clear.
What they did not know is that after seeing the action of the tiger head, the expression of the Supernaturals changed, and all of them went into the offensive.
There is only one thought on their minds: to create more monsters to attack humans. As the goat head was cut off from its long neck, the same event as the transformation of the tiger head repeated itself.
Seeing this, the expression of the human alliance becomes ugly. Inside the soul space, Cleo trembles, his expression turns ugly, and he can sense his connection with the spirit of the Malevolent Tiger weakening once again.
He calms himself down and doubles down on his training; the dark, empty void that is his soul space was illuminated by a glaring, bright light.
A giant humanoid figure appears behind him; it is radiating intense golden light, and swimming around it is the spirit of the Thundercloud dragon. Its clouds now carry a tint of golden fade.
The rumbling of thunder, flashes of lightning, and the rhythmic chanting of a mysterious voice are now resonating throughout his soul.
The beast within the mist shivers. It suddenly starts going on offence, no longer caring about its safety; it just wants to do one thing.
Kill, kill as many as it can; it's undead servants are causing havoc amongst the genetic lifeform; meanwhile, the two heads that were cut off from it start to react violently for some reason, and their speed increases.
BANG! The humanoid skull head was blown away, with the majority of its parts destroyed, but the same event once again transpired: the undead servants, the blood all around the battlefield, and the pieces of it scattered everywhere, gathered towards its location.
Seeing this, the expression of the human alliance becomes a shade darker.
The two grotesque monstrosities are actually not that powerful, but their strange abilities overwhelm the teachers. They are also not like most beings, as any injury inflicted on them would instantly disappear after a couple of seconds.
"D*mn it! That abomination seems to be in a rush! Protect Leon with all of your strength; the enemy is in pain!" He roars to everyone.
A giant fireball blasted away the mist finally; it was caused by a peak supernatural lifeform that resembles that of a phoenix; it was looking at the true appearance of the beast with rage.
A beast with eight legs, three scorpion tails, a deformed beast head with three eyes, four ears, and no nose, its back is filled with tentacles that wriggle about, and around it are chains that rattle often.
"So that's its true appearance; I thought that it would be more disgusting," mumbles the barbarian teacher, but even though its appearance is not as strange as most of them had imagined, that does not mean that its appearance is not disgusting.
