Chapter 11 - DINNER

~ (DELANEY'S POV) ~

Mother was right, the innocent ones are the best in bed. I really thought I would be in control so I kissed him first and I don't know why the door broke out but I guess our desire was too heavy for it to carry. Immediately we met the ground, the fall jugged my senses. I guess I took far too much ecstasy, I realized. But did I care… No.

A chunk of masculinity, chiseled abs and the devil in between those evil thighs; I wanted them all. I could not wait anymore. His pleas fell on deaf ears, My hands slipping into his jeans.

I was reaching out to grab it. I could only get a gentle touch when he turned us over immediately. I was completely drunk now, he intoxicated me. Head filled with passion, I could only hear one thing

'Don't regret it.'

Oh, I had no intention of doing so. The foreplay had already tired me and I wanted the actual thing. He heard my heart's throb and he gave me what I wanted.

The penetration was a painful exotic feeling. I had never felt so excited by hurt. I was digging into his back the next moment. He was grabbing all my sensitive places. The squeezing was too intense, my eyes gaped open. But it wasn't he that I saw. It was retribution.

Darkness submerging it, all I caught glimpse of was its eyes. Devan was still overwhelmed with me, his back turned too, he did not notice until the nightmare moved and I screamed.

"Devan!!!"

Long claws tore out through his stomach.

"Ahh!!"

I screamed again. Blood coughed out of Devan's month, slashing on my face. I pushed him, tearing my self away. His thing slipping out of me. I scurried to my fours to run; those claws grabbed my leg and flung me. My head met the wall first. I heard my skull crack.

There was a bitter taste in mouth and warmth suddenly dripping from my head as I slipped to the floor. Everything was blurry. The hit completely shattered my brain's functioning. I tried to move, I wanted to move but I was paralyzed.

Sitting on the floor where my body had rested on; legs apart, head crooked, skull bleeding and my eyes wide open. I saw the beast of my most evil dreams dig both hands into Devan's behind and growling loudly as it forced those sharp nails to rip open Devan's back, curling them around his spinal cord almost Immediately after.

It yanked on the bone pulling it with the left while the right hand hit on Devan's neck to break his spine from it's connection to the skull. Devan's face was flat on the ground, his eyes bulged up and staring at me.

His body shook to the pleasure of the beast. I stared back at everything, sitting still but in my mind I was begging…

'Please I want to die before it gets to me. Please god, anyone… please I don't want it to come here. Please!!! Plea…'

It stopped. Every sound stifled.

It looked at me. Hands slipping out of Devan's dismembered corpse. There was a steering. It, going from two legs to a crouch of four moving until it's face was now so close to mine. I could smell the reek of blood.

My tears tricked. I pleaded with my open eyes. It pinned it's dark red gaze on them, coldly listening to the echoes of my internal cries.

Then it did something. It smirked.

That gut twisting bewitched smile was the last I saw before my neck broke in-between it's Teeth.

The beast creeped out of the tree house, foot stamps of blood following behind it. It looked up to the moon and howled. It had eaten to a full stomach tonight.

Surprisingly, it went on its twos and took the stairs down the tree house. It was too heavy to carry itself down. The ground was not too far, it was down in no time, it's wet legs collecting dirt as it made to took more steps forward.

The scratching of leaves sticking to the drying blood began to give it discomfort. Displeased, the beast turned towards the way it came, heading straight for the river.

The moon was fleeing and morning was fast approaching. It's consciousness was beginning to weaver. Another being was taking over and it's presence was the urge drawing him to go back.

It did. Successfully making it to the river but it's time outside had run out. The beast fiddled like a sick dog and lay by the water, sleep stealing it.

~ ELISH ~

I left out hot air from my nostrils, a sign that I was finally wake. But not wanting to open my eyes, I rolled to my left side attempting to take any other position and continue sleeping that was, upsettingly interrupted by sand flying into my nose when I inhaled.

The tiny stones flew in so fast that I would bet all my money that they got to my brain. The mind wreaking shock shot me face up and sneezing forcefully immediately. I curse at the same time.

"Shit, shit, freaking Shit."

'What the hell was that? Crap!' I snapped.

Still cmpletely focused on what I was doing; I sat up on the sandy floors picking my nose to get all the sand out. I really wished I could pick my brain too.

'Oh, who ever caused this is so dead' I decided.

I was running my index finger into my nose when I absentmindedly looked around me. The background struck me still.

'Where the hell am I'

I was sitting in front of a body of water and the faint sign of daylight illuminated on its surface. When did I get here? I rocked my brain. All I got was hazy memories of throwing up in a toilet. There was no connection with what I did last and where I was now.

'Wait, did they drop me off here when I blacked out? The way they were just so good to me, was this the plan all along! The Girl?'

She came to mind immediately. I suddenly found strength to stand up and walk. But to which direction?

Like I don't even know where they freaking are. My eyes went to the river, it was flowing north I realized.

I remember when I was studying the house I noticed it was located some worth to the north. The two entities were conveniently on that same direction; My luck.

"Maybe I should follow the river," It was rhetorical and I acted out the answer. My feet steps towards the river was a physical reply to my question.

The nearer I got to the river, the clearer my reflection showed. Honestly, I was surprised to see Me.

My chin was shaven clean to the point that it looked as If I never had hair. The way my shoulders stood up straight and broad with the giant lumps I called muscle. I did not remember seeing anyone that looked so defined with eyes of the same color as mine; among them all. I also noticed, I was naked… again.

"Oh. Crap, they didn't even leave me with clothes. Is that how ill I made them feel. Well, I have no intention of staying with them. I just want the girl."

Funny that I can't tell why I do. A smirk seductively appeared on my lips. I spotted it from my reflection in the water and also something dark and dry at the tips of my nails. Instinctively, I rose it to my nose and sniffed it.

'Blood'

I looked at my other nails, at my feet… it's everywhere.

'What the hell happened to me when I blacked out?'
