Seeing Luca, Sophia couldn't resist teasing him a little bit. Even though his casual clothing from before wasn't even casual, he never strayed from a suit for too long.
"You resisted putting on a suit for so long," Sophia joked when she saw him.
"Do you not like it?" he asked.
It would be a first considering he had more compliments than critiques of the clothing he wore from her.
"No, I love it," Sophia admitted. "The first time I saw you in a suit, I thought my heart was going to stop."
She knew she was being too honest and the alcohol she had been drinking made her that way but she couldn't stop.
At her admittance, Luca couldn't hold back a smile and it made her blunt words worth it.
"You look beautiful, Sophia," he said as she stepped closer to him. "I'm thrilled you have some sort of ring to wear now so even the betas won't be able to approach you."
Sophia grinned and wrapped her arms around the alpha.
