Chapter 16 - The Revolutionary Prodigy Knights.

Far away from Prodigy Academy or any Prodigy House, Abbadon was walking slowly, with nothing in sight, just water. This water worked as a border between the 7th kingdom and the 4th kingdom. He was walking on water like anyone would walk on land except that his feet would go half a foot down the water.

He suddenly stopped in the middle of nowhere. "Anadi Bik!" He said and then he took a few steps back like he was waiting for something to come out from the water. The seawater started going berserk and suddenly, the ocean split into two sides. Showcasing a strange gate-like hole, the gateway was more than 50 feet on both sides.

Abbadon stood on its tip; the gateway was going all the way down, and nothing but darkness was to be seen.

Abbadon looked down and took a step forward in the gateway. But, instead of falling he somehow started walking downwards on the wall. It looked like gravity worked differently there. Abbadon walked on the wall downwards like he was walking on the ground. The gateways closed the second Abbadon went in.

"Lord Abbadon, how did it go?" A man with blonde hair in a ponytail appeared behind; he was wearing a light yellow jacket and a brown pant. "Are the rumors true?" Abbadon turned around. "Goldust, you should stop sneaking up on me." Goldust placed his hands above his head in the air. "Oh sorry, didn't mean to startle you."

Abbadon cut him off, "Yes, the rumors are true that kid is La-Yuqhar. He isn't strong enough to even beat up a D-level Prodigy user; he didn't use any Prodigy at all. I think he doesn't have any or just doesn't know how to use it." Goldust threw his hands down and gave a big smile. He looked creepy because he had a scar right next to his mouth. "How and when do I get to kidnap him?" Abbadon turns straight. "Why would we kidnap him? We need to tell him who he is." He continues,

"I have other things to plan--"

Goldust intercepted him. "We found some rats among us. Total five of them." Abandon's facial expression changed, not that he had much of a happy face, but now he was busting with anger. "Where the hell are they now?" He busts.

"They don't know anything, and they haven't made any progress in sending information back to Quwahar," Goldust answered.

"That's why they were sent here. These Dreadscars have always been a pain in the neck. They won't talk no matter what you do. They aren't very strong though so, what I want to know is how they got inside and what kind of information they smuggled. " A man came running towards them, "Lord--a fight broke out. They are going to the arena to settle it," He says,

"Let's go." Abbadon scuffs.

Fights among themselves had become too common. They used to fight each other daily, so Abbadon made them an arena where they could settle their fights and not damage the property. Their whole base was underground and repairing the damages was difficult. But now it had become more like a sport. They would fight each other in the arena and others would watch and bet on them.

Two men were circling in the arena, the arena was filled with sand and it was about 100 feet from its radius. "You are dying, my friend." One of them said, "We'll see about that." The other one replied. They both locked jacked, they weren't wearing anything but pants.

"Who do you think is going to win?" Goldust asks Abbadon, "I think Mist-Man will win, his Prodigy is good for close combat."

Abbadon shrugged "You don't know the other guy, do you?" Goldust nodded in denial. Mist-man runs far from the other guy makes a bow with mist, and starts throwing arrow after arrow made out of mist towards the other guy. The arrow starts making a smoke screen around him, Mist-man thinks he has won, but when the mist clears he notices that there is no one standing there, suddenly he feels some kind of presence behind him.

The second he turned around someone peeled his face off with bare hands. "He is that creep who can control skin," Goldust said with an amazed and disgusted voice. "Gross," Abbadon turned back,

"We have strong warriors, but we can't turn back things like this, we need more Prodigy users to join our ranks. The Great War Of Kingdoms will end soon…"

"That would be nice, I hate war--" Goldust frowned like he just realized something, "No- I think I like war, ah not again, I am so done with this insomnia."

Abbadon's eyes filled with resolve, "We need to take him before they brainwash him and make him a monstrous soldier." Abbadon pointed his finger towards the guy, who got his face peeled off. "Hurry up and heal him. And next time you hurt another one of your comrades, I will send you back to them. Fight all you want, but don't give severe injuries. Remember that rule."

'We need a world without war,' Abbadon thought, 'it's been more than a hundred years since the 6th great war started and it's time someone answers bloodshed with a smile and proposes a bargain. We might see peaceful days. We need Him, for He is the only man who can save us.'

"When do we do it?" Goldust asks Abbadon. "I mean, we don't have much time. The Second Layer is coming." Abbadon seemed unusually serious. "Second Layer, huh? Only if we could explain this to those idiots who think of us as traitors things would be a lot easier."

Abbadon sighed, "Yes, we are short on time but, that doesn't mean we can just rush everything. He doesn't remember anything. We need to give him some time so he can come to his senses."

Goldust turned back and started walking. "Time, rhyme, lime… Star, Ajar-Far-Tar-" He mumbled as he walked away.

"Psycho, son of a bitch." Abbadon walked away.
