*KEN'S POV*
Oh fuck fuck fuck he's so fucked!!! Bat-signal means Batman, Batman means DC, DC means death!!! ALIENS, DEMONS, GODS....ALIEN DEMON GODS OH HE'S SO FUCKED!!!!
Then there is people like Batman and Deathstroke who have enough skill and smarts to play in the same field as them. Ken is strong but he wasn't delusional enough to believe that these people wouldn't find a way to bring him down, shit Batman once blackmailed Darksied into leaving super girl alone!!!!
Shit how did he get here? Did he die? Was he sent here after killing AFO? Was he summoned here by someone or was there like some space time bull that brought him here?
Fuck he isn't supposed to be here, he should be back in the MHA world making a new better life for himself and Eri. Oh, shit Eri is she ok? When he left, she was but what now? Fuck he should have left a clone, maybe it would have stayed. Shit this wasn't supposed to happen. He needs to find his way back.
With a start he summoned his warp sword. Closing his eyes Ken pictured his main hideout. It was the place where he took care of Eri, it was his first hideout.
Hands tightening on the sword he began to add boosting quirks. He strengthened the sword as much as possible. The now jet-black blade was letting off so much purple/black smoke it looked like a large fire was starting.
With a quick prayer he swung...nothing. He swung and swung and swung...still nothing. Ken stared blankly at where his sword slashed for what felt like an eternity.
Closing his eyes Ken swallowed the lump in his throat and began to take deep breaths. He would find his way back and for that to happen he would need connections, skill and knowledge. He would also need to be far more careful with who knows what about him.
In this world they had magic and other kinds of crap so he would need to hide his real name from both of his past lives. In the MHA world it didn't matter if they knew his name, he no longer lived with his parents, and nothing that could be located was in his name. Now however simply knowing his name could let a magic user locate him. Yup fake names and faces from here on out.
Looking down at himself he began to think about what he needs to do. Firstly, he needs to fix his body. Being a kid twice was more than enough, he would need to remake or advance his age back to a teen.
Funds and papers were next on the list. He would need fake IDs and other documents for any fake identification he needs. Money would help a lot with this, if you pay the right people than you can get most of these.
Training is a must. He knows basics and some more advanced stuff but that will only take him so far here. He could make up for lack of skill with the enhancements his items gave him, but that won't cut it here.
He would also need to expand his knowledge in science, and technology. He luckily had a few items that would help the technology bit. Star labs, Wayne Tech, and Lex Corp would be good places to visit.
Science would be a bit more difficult. He didn't have a quirk that made him understand the different aspects of science. That part would be the longest and most tedious, but it could prove to be vital in getting back.
He had a lot to do. He would need to use all five of his clones opposed to the three he usually used. He would also need to be careful with what items if any he gave his clones.
In the MHA world he could say that his tattoos are a part of his quirk and make some appear and disappear. Here he would be hunted down and experimented on for showing such an ability.
Running his hands through his hair Ken thought about how to best train. He could think of a list of people who were top tier fighters in DC but there were a few problems besides finding and convincing them to train him.
He didn't know what world he was in. DC had so many different earth's the numbers go into both positive and negative. He could be dealing with the Injustice universe or one of the shows like Justice League Unlimited.
Shit they could be the exact same as the ones previously mentioned but have one or two things that are different. Glaring at the ground Ken ground his teeth in frustration.
He would send one clone to the League of Shadows for training. If they decide to kill it he could just send another. It would take some looking into but people like Bronze Tiger, Richard dragon, and Ted Grant should be people to keep an eye out for as well.
Letting out a frustrated sigh Ken summoned his Senju attire and made a clone. Turning to meet his clone he gave a nod and let the clone put his hands on him. Brief pain enveloped his body, and a slight feeling of vertigo took over.
Opening his eyes, he took a quick look around and noticed that he was taller. Looking down at his child like clone he was given a thumbs up and a nod. Good he was a little afraid it wouldn't work after what just happened with the warp sword. Dispelling his clone Ken took a seat on the edge of the building.
This changes everything. As he looked out at the crime ridden city, he had a slight frown on his face. He didn't know who he pissed off or if someone or something was getting a kick out of this, but this was getting old.
Without a word five clones appeared behind him. He usually only used three but now was not the time for holding back. Before him stood Hashirama, Ryu, Sozu and two new clones. He decided to only give them the ability to change their appearance. They would be going out to develop their skill anything extra could draw attention.
Looking at his three usual clones they each gave him a nod. Turning to the two new clones he saw that they already changed their appearance.
Shaggy black hair that seemed to fall lazily around a light brown skin and deep brown eyes that looked around disinterestedly. Just by looking at the clone you could tell that he really could give less of a shit about whatever was going on. When they locked eyes a smirk that made you want to punch the clone spread appeared on his face.
KC (Ken clone): "I'll be going to the Shadows and the name I choose is Jayden. I would also like the Yomi loadout. "
Nodding Ken turned to his last clone. Dirty blond hair was swept back by hand. Emerald, green eyes that had a playful gleam that seemed to dance endlessly within their depths met his. Lightly tanned skin and a smile that complemented the mirth in his eyes seemed to be a permanent feature.
KC: "I'll be gathering different intelligence and trying to find out which version of DC we are in. The name I picked is Cane and I have an idea for a loadout."
Ken had an idea of what the clone wanted but he would still listen just in case he thought of something.
Ryu: "I'll try to find Ted Grant, if I remember correctly, he used mostly boxing for combat. It would pair well with this loadout."
Hashirama: "Richard Dragon should be a good pairing for me. He is a bit of a pacifistic, well as pacifistic as a fighter can be so I think he'll do well with the Senju loadout. It is mostly a support loadout anyway so he might be more willing teach me. He is a nomad, so it'll be a bit of a chore to find him."
Sozu: "Bronze Tiger will be a bit tricky to get to teach me but I think he is a better pick than Deathstroke. He is less likely to try to kill me or twist me into a tool."
Ken: "I will be traveling and gaining experience. I need to learn as much as possible from as many different sources as possible."
Hashirama: "Including magic?"
Ken: "Let's leave that as a last resort ok."
Magic was a double edge sword as far as he was concerned. He would most likely have to make a deal with some cosmic entity to do what he wanted, and the price might be something he wasn't willing to pay.
As they all nodded Ken looked at Cane. With a grin the clone walked forward and put an arm around Ken's shoulders and began to make his pitch.
*BATMAN (BRUCE WAYNE) POV*
Several gangs have been taken off the streets by an unknown. There has been no deaths so far but the gang members were all hospitalized.
Broken bones and severed limbs, but none dead. Many of them should have bleed out but first aid and from what he could tell some of the more severe injuries were healed to a point where it was no longer life threatening.
They were most likely metas or had some healing abilities or technology. Frowning slightly, he brought up a falsely reported fire.
It was about two weeks ago on an abandoned building, eyewitnesses say that black smoke was coming from the building, and some say that they saw figures standing on top of the building, but there was no proof.
Clasping his hands together Bruce stared at the reports that were displayed on his computer. They take the money and other valuables but not the drugs or the people.
All cctv cameras were destroyed and the most that the criminals could tell was that the person used a blade and stayed in the shadows. All the kidnapped victims say that a purple gas had filled the area they were in and shortly after they lost consciousness.
Skilled in avoiding detection and has an unknown chemical compound that can knock people out. No residue of the chemical was found on any surface or in the system of the victims.
They don't limit themselves to Gotham either. Star city, Midway City, Bludhaven, Hub City and if the rumors were to be believed some other countries have had similar incidents but are keeping tight lipped about it.
Pulling up another file he opened it to show a series of thefts involving different tech companies. Star labs, Lex Corp, Wayne Tech and several government facilities have been broken into. Some info went missing but it was mostly tools and equipment.
He can't figure out what the culprit might be building. He hasn't heard of any of the missing items appearing on the black market, so he knows they haven't been sold.
All the security measures each place had were disabled. Not destroyed but turned off. It was like somebody created a back door and took control of the facilities. The only reason why they knew it happened was because the items were physically missing.
Bruce was taken out of his thoughts when a cup if orange juice was not so subtly placed in front of him and on his work.
Alfred: "Glaring at the Bat-computer won't give you the answers you seek Master Wayne. Here you need your daily dose of vitamin C."
Barley giving the drink a glance Bruce replied. "I drank four hours ago and there is something here, I just haven't found it yet."
Alfred: "I'm sure you know Master Bruce that sometimes taking a step or two back can aid in putting things into perspective. And I must insist on the drink."
With a grunt Bruce leaned back in his chair and took the drink as he stared at the computer. He had gotten in enough arguments with Alfred over such matters he knew it was a pointless argument. That didn't mean he would put up some resistants.
Looking at the two files he began to come up with theories and plans to catch both culprits. It was only a matter of time before he took them down one way or the other.
