Joining the three people in the library, Orpheus sat to listen to the lesson taught. The house of the Turker march are known for being scholars of magic, the lesson being taught is of magic so every child be available to learn even if he doesn't want to.
Orpheus sat in the midst of his siblings seemingly uninterested in the lesson the teacher in front of them is teaching. He facepalmed staring at the teacher obviously absent minded.
"Psh, Orpheus, look here's what madam Kristen said before your arrival". Hamaya Turker, Orpheus younger half sister said.
Hamaya, a girl with jet black hair and pristine blue eyes, she wore an elegant blue dress to complement her eyes. She is meek in nature and usually wants to spend time with her half sibling.
Due to her kind and meek nature, Orpheus couldn't refuse her gesture and had to accept it, Orpheus half brother, Armin sat beside them seemingly disgusted with his sister's action.
Few hours later, the lesson ended and they were all dismissed. Orpheus was moving along the hallway going to the garden but he was called on by someone.
"Orpheus, you are going to the garden right, can I join you". Hamaya said.
"No problem, as long as you are good with flowers". Orpheus replied.
Getting to the garden, Orpheus took shears and headed to a greenhouse located in the middle of the garden. He entered the Greenhouse and began pruning the flowers, Hamaya followed and joined pruning the flowers with him.
"I never knew you knew gardening, you are doing pretty well for a noble lady who is taught to always be graceful and elegant". Orpheus said.
"I've been watching you for quite some time, plus you are a noble too, if you can, i can too". Hamaya replied.
Orpheus chuckled hearing her remark.
"You always enjoy gardening, is it by chance one of your mother's favorite leisure business".
Orpheus went silent for a while, hamaya seeing his reaction figured out that she talked about a sensitive topic and tried to correct herself.
"I'm so sorry, sorry, i shouldn't have said that". Hamaya said with red face apologetically.
"It no problem hamaya, she's gone for quite some time, and yes gardening is one of her favorite things she enjoys doing". Orpheus said.
Hamaya was feeling sullen talking about his late mother. Seeing her attitude, Orpheus doesn't want her feeling bad and awkward, he spots a bud and wants to use that to lighten the mood.
"Hamaya, check this out, giver of life and growth, i command thee, blossom and bloom in the warmth of the day". Orpheus casted and the flower bud starts to grow and bloom.
"Whoa!, You are really good at magic". Hamaya exclaimated.
"Well this is what i chose to be good at, gardening magic is what i call it". He replied.
*Chuckles* "it calming and soothing unlike Armin's love for destructive magic". Hamaya said.
Orpheus smiled.
Later, they both left and went to their respective rooms, in the evening, Orpheus went back to the Greenhouse only to meet the flowers and the plants uprooted and destroyed.
With eyes opened wide, his mind went blank for a while before he starts fuming with rage and anger, only two people could do this, his half brother Armin or his father.
Fueled by rage, he raced to Armin's room knocking at his door aggressively and very hard.
"Come out you son of a b***h!, Come out! I know you are in there". Orpheus shouted.
"Why the hell are you knocking at my door and shouting, how despicable and unmannered". Armin came out of his room seemingly irritated by the situation.
"How dare you! Why did you go and destroy my garden, why"!!! Orpheus yelled holding Armin by his collar.
"What are you talking about? Even though i don't like you, i not petty enough to destroy one lame garden". Armin said.
"Really? You think I'll believe that, you have done it numerous times in the past and I've overlooked alot too, this time I've had enough"!! Orpheus continued to yell at Armin.
"Believe me or not, like hell i care, you've already enticed hamaya to your side, i will never yield to your frivolous propaganda ". Armin yelled back.
"Young master, please stop these shenanigans, you have a dignity to uphold ". Bestman said removing Orpheus hands from Armin's collar.
Still fuming with anger, he looked at Armin one last time and exited the scene, heading to another direction and Bestman followed suit.
"Sheesh, how unscrupulous i hope he gets himself killed, urgh i have to have my clothes changed and take a shower, i think i got some of his germs ". Armin said irritatedly.
Walking with rage and ire, he headed towards his father's office, Bestman ran after him to stop him from making any regrettable actions.
"Young master, please you have to let this go, it just a garden you can regrow them like always, young master please don't do this, don't do what you are going to regret later ". Bestman pleaded.
But all of bestman's plea's fell on deaf ears, Orpheus kept marching forward filled with rage. He got to the entrance of his father's office and slammed the doors abruptly, ready to say words as sharp as knife.
To his surprise, and Bestman too, the office was empty and vacant, but it was obvious that a person was just in the office. Unable to contain his anger, he yelled out very loudly and starts pulling his hair.
After the heat of the moment passed, Orpheus calmed down a bit and decides to leave the office, but he heard something.
"Bestman, did you hear that"? Orpheus asked.
"Hear what" Bestman replied.
"I heard a crick from that wall or was it just from my head". He said.
"Probably, young master". Bestman said.
Visibly in disagreement, he lingered for some time and said.
"Thinking about it, where is father anyways, that man should be in his office all day long he doesn't have any appointments ".
He stood and walked towards his father's desk and chair, he inspected the place and for some reason he was having a strange feeling but he couldn't place his hand on what it was.
He lingered in the place for a while, he doesn't know what, but he was prompted to check on the walls, he inspected the walls closely then he knocked at them slightly.
Bestman was a bit puzzled by Orpheus actions, he asked:
"Young master, what are you doing, since the Marquess is not available let's leave".
"No, come here Bestman, come hear this ". Orpheus said.
Bestman obliged begrudgingly and went to hear what the young master is talking about.
Orpheus knocked at the walls for Bestman to hear, it was giving off an unusual sound for a solid wall. It sounded hollow like there is a space between them and the other side.
"Did you hear that Bestman? Is there a room behind this wall or something". Orpheus questioned.
"The sounds quite strange, but saying there's a room behind this wall is a bit far-fetched". Bestman said.
" i don't believe that, there is something behind this wall,i know there is, and I'm not leaving until i find out ". He said.
"With no wisdom greater than yours, please listen and heed to me o earth, show me the secret behind this wall ". Orpheus said but there was no reaction.
"There's nothing there to see, it as normal as any other wall". Bestman said.
"Don't you see it, there is an anti-magic placed on that wall, it obvious whatever is behind that wall, my father's wants it a secret. Help me search, there should be a key that opens this wall ". Orpheus said.
Bestman heaved an heavy sigh before beginning his search. Orpheus searched too, checking out the walls till he found an opal stone placed in the wall. Orpheus was tempted to press it and he did.
Suddenly, a portion of the wall just behind his father's desk opened like a door. Both Orpheus and Bestman were surprised but Orpheus was visibly satisfied.
"So there is a room behind the wall, wait it no room but a passage way, Bestman, want to do some adventure beyond the walls with me". Orpheus said with a smirk on his face.
