After settling things with count Larmore, they changed his clothes and had to look for good food for him to eat. After those troubles, they made their way to a stall where they stayed for some time to discuss their next move.
"Now that we got Larmore to join us, we are going to look for Orpheus now"? Barbara asked.
"Well yes, but since we are now four, i say we should split into two groups, one group to search for Orpheus and the other to meet with the research committee ". Igor said.
"Why are we meeting them ". Barbara asked.
"To have a sample of the magic dust that caused the plague ". Larmore answered in Igor's stead.
"Yes, so who will go to search for Orpheus". Igor asked.
"Well, since I'm a noble, i happen to know where most other nobles live, i know where Orpheus lives, well as at the time of the plague that is, but it will give a good start". Larmore said.
"I'll follow count Larmore ". Seraph said.
"Wha, what, you are not following me "! Igor asked surprised.
"Grow up Igor, we are now a team of four, plus i want to get to know our team members ". Seraph said mockingly
"Right, right ". Igor said sulking.
Beside Igor sat Barbara who was laughing as Igor sulk.
"Why are you laughing". Igor asked with a poker face.
"Nothing, nothing it just hilarious to see you sulk, Seraph's boy " Barbara said sneering at him.
"Seraph's...arrr, never mind let's go". Igor stood and left his seat with a red face.
Seraph and Barbara continued laughing at him as he hurriedly left the place.
"Same old Igor". Seraph said with sweet smile on her face.

The two pairs left the stall to commence their tasks.
Larmore and Seraph were moving along a bustling street, saying nothing to each other.
"So kid, why did you sign a pact with Baran". Larmore asked breaking the silence between the two.
"Ever since our parents died, I have been the only one left for Igor, i signed a contract with Valier to protect him, as you can see even when he is acting all matured, he still has lingering attachment with me ". Seraph replied.
"... My parents were actually killed by a noble, we don't know who but if they know we, the children of Ince and Zenivia are still alive we'll be killed too, so I had to sign the contract to protect both of us". Seraph continued.

"So you start to bear your father's name as your surname "? Larmore said.
"Yes, it a way to remember our parents ". Seraph replied.
"But if you don't want your parents killers to know you why bear his name ". Larmore asked.
"We are not nobles so the name is not registered, it is only known by us four ". Seraph answered.
'I thought the name Zenivia was familiar, but to think they are his children, i wonder how she would react when she learns who killed her parents '. Larmore thought as he looked at her with the side of his eyes
"Well, that is the same reason as me, not only did i signed a contract with Baran so i could pay off my debt, but to also protect my family ". Larmore said.
"I hope your children and wife are safe ". Seraph said.
"They are fine, shortly before the marauding protest began, i took them to my mother-in-law, and I face the protesters by my self ". Larmore said.
"Anyways, let's talk about our travel plan, Orpheus is the son of Marquess Gizbert ron Turker. Before the magic plaque, they live at Fiilar, that is where we are going ". Larmore said.
"This is the only lead we have for now, we don't know what tribes group his in, once we get there we will ask for his whereabouts, there might be some people who knows him still around in the area ".
"No problem count Larmore, i thought you know where exactly he is since you are a noble ". Seraph said.
"Ever since the protest, i cut myself out of the outside world and also don't call me count anymore I've abandoned my nobility, i am no longer a noble". Larmore said.
As both of them were walking along the street, a loud explosion was heard from behind. A cloud of dust and smoke were spewing to the atmosphere from where the explosion came from.
There was little to no visibility at the site where the explosion occurred. Larmore and Seraph, together with the people in the streets we a bit distant from the explosion so they all stood still _ until a arm of a large animal was visible.
Slowly and slowly, the dust and smoke dissipated and the full sight of the beast was seen. With its large arms and body covered in thick green scales, large head with glowing furnace in its mouth and eyes filled with ire. It roared very loudly and outraged.
Immediately filled panicking and trembling, everyone near and far away from the sight starts to run.
"Ahhh, it's a dragon, run"!!!
"Ahhh"!!!
Scattered and disoriented, everyone was running helter skelter for their lives and a stampede soon occured. In the midst of the disarray Seraph got separated from Larmore.
Running with the crowd, Seraph tried to find Larmore.
"Argh, Larmore, where are you, ahhh"!!! She cried as she was knocked to the side to an alley.
While partially out of the running turmoil, she looked up to where the dragon was, she couldn't help but tremble.
"Why is there a dragon in the middle of the city"? She said.
