Bittu's blurry vision became clear, and he saw two beautiful and stunning women looking at him—one with slight concern, the other with a lot.
Bittu was baffled by the sight. He had seen his fair share of beauties, and they absolutely ranked at the top.
Earlier, he hadn't noticed much, but now, with a closer look at these women, Bittu's heart missed a beat.
Aisha was beautiful, to say the least. Her face was just that good, and with beautiful wavy hair, it was like she was an angel, though still paling in comparison to Elena in a way that couldn't be described.
On the other hand, Elena was breathtaking. When one looks at her current state, men wouldn't be able to utter a word but would just take a deep breath to avoid choking by missing their heartbeat. Her straight hair falling gracefully to her chest was such a sight to behold.
Bittu as a man, for a time, felt like he was in heaven, and why wouldn't he, as two beauties of the best kind were currently so close to him, Aisha and Elena... Wait, Elena?
Bittu suddenly remembered things earlier and instantly jumped away from the duo, attempting to summon forth his dagger. However, he didn't feel the dagger in his hand even after five seconds. Only then did he remember that he had lost the knife earlier. He started to search.
"... Puffttt.... Hahahahahahahaha," seeing Bittu making a fool of himself, both beauties burst out laughing.
Bittu was startled by the sudden laughter and showed a confused face. He didn't understand why they were laughing, but, noticing not even the slightest bad intent in their gazes, Bittu's tensed body calmed, and he asked them.
".....Ummmm.....why are you guys laughing?"
".. Hahahah.. It's nothing," said Aisha, still laughing.
Bittu was still skeptical but didn't ask further. Elena, sparing some face to Bittu, said, "... Aisha has brought some clothes; wear them quickly."
Bittu, nodding to Elena, took the bag that had clothes and got into the bushes away from their gazes.
He came out wearing a white hoodie and black pants. The girls were chatting about something while waiting; after seeing him come out, they stood up and told Bittu to follow along.
Bittu noticed that Elena had gone back to her cute form. He was truly intrigued to know how she did that but didn't ask, as he remembered what happened earlier. He also noticed that these girls had tactfully not asked him about being a player, probably giving him space, as he was sure that they must have talked about this between themselves.
"Follow along; we need to go to the village now," Aisha said as she moved with Elena following along. Bittu reached them and then followed with their pace.
"So, what are you good at?" asked Aisha but felt the question could be interpreted in another way, added, "I mean, what can you do in the village? You know in the village, you don't get jobs like the one in the city."
"Well, I can do a lot of things; after all, I have stayed in a village for quite a while," Bittu said with nostalgia.
Aisha was a little surprised to know that, " Really, then you are good to go. It will be easier for you in the village."
As they talked, they arrived near the village after ten minutes of walking.
As they approached the village, the narrow dirt paths wind between the terracotta-roofed houses, creating a labyrinthine network that invites exploration. The structures, though modest, exude a warm charm with their wooden shutters and flower-filled window boxes. Chickens peck at the ground near rustic fences, and children's laughter interlaces with the clatter of artisans crafting goods in open-air workshops.
In the heart of the village square, a well-worn communal gathering space, locals engage in lively conversations, sharing stories and laughter. Market stalls display a modest array of goods, from handmade textiles to fresh produce, showcasing the villagers' resourcefulness. A simple wooden bridge spans a babbling stream, connecting different parts of the settlement.
The central focal point is a quaint chapel with a weathered steeple, a symbol of the community's spiritual center. Surrounding it, a graveyard whispers tales of generations past. As the sun begins to set, the warm glow of lanterns illuminates the village, casting a tranquil ambiance over the modest homes nestled within the embrace of nature.
Bittu, adorned in his new attire, took in the picturesque surroundings of the village. Aisha and Elena led him through the charming pathways, where the scent of home-cooked meals wafted through the air. Villagers greeted them warmly, and Bittu couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging.
As they strolled, Aisha explained the dynamics of village life and the simple tasks that could be undertaken. Bittu, reflecting on his past experiences, felt a genuine connection with the slower pace and communal spirit. The village, with its welcoming atmosphere, seemed like a haven far removed from the complexities of the city.
Bittu, after looking around, asked, " Now, let's get to the inn. It's already dark now; if I don't find an inn, I would need to sleep out," jokingly.
Aisha, who was in a great mood, said, " Of course, let's go to the inn." Elena, who has been strangely out of conversation, was keeping a close eye on them and was feeling an intense amount of jealousy, though only God knew why she was jealous. She knew Bittu was avoiding her because of what she had done earlier.
After a walk for about five minutes, they arrived at the inn. Bittu immediately went to the owner to talk. After a couple of exchanges, he came with a sad face to them and said, "... The inn is full. Let's go to another one."
Aisha, with a forced smile, said, "....This is the.... only inn in the village."
Bittu, listening to her, was surprised and said, "...Looks like I need to sleep in the open today."
Elena, who was burning in her jealousy, immediately spoke, attracting both their attention.
"... Why don't you stay with us? Aisha is going to the city tomorrow. We can stay together, after that," Elena said enthusiastically.
Aisha was shocked listening to her friend. Her friend was shy; she would never suggest something like this even to a girl, let alone a boy. Her mouth was wide open for a while.
Bittu was also shocked hearing what this woman was saying. He was baffled and speechless that he couldn't speak at all. Just earlier, they got into a fight, and now she was asking to stay together.
'Does this woman have a screw loose or something?' thought Bittu while looking at Elena with a suspicious expression.
Aisha was about to say something, but Elena beat her to it and said, "Aisha, come here for a bit." as she moved a bit away from Bittu.
Aisha sighed while looking at Bittu and moved towards Elena.
After Aisha reached her, Elena, knowing her best friends' thoughts, whispered in her ears with a low voice, " I invited him because I want to help him, just as he did earlier in the fight. I am expressing my gratitude."
Aisha, who was about to reject the offer entirely after coming near Elena, was speechless listening to her friend and she couldn't even give a word against it. She was already convinced but still hesitant.
Elena, knowing her friend for years, knew what to say to convince her. Seeing her friend almost convinced, she added further, " At least we can do that to repay his favor."
"...okay, fine. I agree." Aisha said still reluctant.
They came near Bittu, and Elena said in a happy tone, " Stay with us, okay." but, she was still nervous about Bittu's answer.
Bittu didn't answer her but looked at Aisha, " You agree too."
"... Yes.. " said Aisha.
"Okay, then." Bittu agreed not because he was happy to move in with two beautiful girls....He was no simp. He did so, so that he would be able to keep eyes on this mysterious girl that can identify players. He had some questions for her.
With his enhanced perception, Bittu with a bit of focus managed to hear what they were talking about and was totally clueless on the topic, though the topic seems to have a connection with him. He would also have to ask her about this.
Elena practically radiated happiness when she heard his answer.
"Come after me," she said as she walked ahead. Bittu and Aisha shook their heads and followed after her.
After a five-minute walk, they arrived near a... hotel?!
"... You guys live in a hotel. " Bittu asked slightly speechless. He thought they lived in a house.
"You have a problem..?" asked Aisha with raised brows.
" No... No... Nothing like that. " Bittu said with a forced smile.
Onkh, the village hotel, exudes rustic charm with terracotta-roofed houses and simple wooden furnishings. Communal spaces foster a connection to the village spirit, inviting guests to share stories and savor locally sourced meals. Lantern-lit pathways add a touch of enchantment, guiding guests through the cozy haven that is Onkh.
After they went inside, they went to the room number 203.
"Welcome to our little abode, " said Elena with a happy smile.
Bittu opened his shoes and entered.
The room in Onkh Hotel offers a serene escape with two comfortable beds adorned in locally woven textiles. The wooden furnishings and soft lighting create a warm ambiance, complemented by the convenience of a well-appointed bathroom featuring modern amenities. Additionally, a small kitchenette adds a touch of homeliness, allowing guests the flexibility to prepare simple meals and further enhancing the comfort of their stay in this charming village retreat.
Bittu, then sat on the chair near the bed not doing anything else.
As Bittu looked around he thought, 'I never thought that the first time I get into a girl's room would be inside a game.'
Bittu shook his head and laughed, " Haha.. "
Elena noticing his laugh asked, " What happened? Why did you laugh? Is there something wrong with our room? " She said with a pout.
"That's not it. It's nothing. I just remembered something. That's all. " said Bittu with a forced smile at the questions thrown at him.
Elena seemed unconvinced, but didn't pursue further.
She went to the kitchen and started to cook food for the night while Aisha was watching her face.
After a while, they ate food, relaxed for a while, talking. Now, it was time to sleep.
" You sleep in that bed, I and Aisha will sleep together." said Elena while pointing at her bed.
Bittu, who was raised in a society where male avoided contact with females as much as possible, thought that was inappropriate. So he denied saying, " No need for that, I can sleep on the sofa. "
Aisha stayed silent, letting Elena talk.
"No, No,, no, it's fine. We can adjust. Moreover, it's only for a night. So, you can sleep on the bed." said Elena trying to convince Bittu.
Bittu still not convinced because of his morals said, "... Are you sure..? "
Elena, seeing his hesitation said, " It's totally fine." " Aisha it's fine, right?" She added seeing Bittu not move towards the bed.
Aisha, seeing her friend seeking support decided to do so." Yeah, you can sleep. No problem."
Bittu, listening to both of them finally approached the bed and laid on it.
The bed is adorned with locally woven textiles, offering a comfortable retreat in the rustic charm of Onkh Hotel. Its wooden furnishings and soft lighting create a warm ambiance, inviting a serene escape for guests.
After a while Aisha closed the lights and the room became dark with Onkh the moonlight present in the room.
They slept. At least they tried to. Bittu being new to this experience was unable to sleep. He has never in his life shared a room with a girl other than his family. So, he couldn't sleep.
Meanwhile, Aisha was also not sleeping. She was concerned about Bittu's character. So, she decided to stay up the whole night to check if he tries anything funny.
One thing in common was though, both of them had their eyes closed but none were sleeping. One couldn't while the other didn't.
Elena was the only one enjoying her sleep because she had no concern. She knew her best friend and Bittu for many years after all even though that was the case from her side only. So, she had a peaceful sleep.
The night past just like that....
