Tomoe finally caught up with his Master, much to the annoyance of the Time Mage, who was still hiding.
"Honestly, I should've forced you to come out instead of waiting for you. It looks like they've heightened their defenses since the serpents brought their barriers down," complained Raiyen as he took out his twin daggers.
"Oh, zip it already... I'm here now, and besides, it was an impromptu command. There was no way I could leave Phanm stranded like that," retorted Tomoe as he snapped a finger, causing a blue fireball to jump out.
The flame seemed to have a mind as it raced around the Camp, causing a minor disturbance to the Pyromancers. Only when the flame touched a person, it engulfed the being and left no traces, did they start to panic.
Tomoe smirked as he rushed out of his hiding place alongside a fed-up Raiyen.
"So much for being spies..." growled the Time Mage as he began slaughtering the Tribesmen.
Raiyen had no issue with the amount of people standing before him as he glitched around the area, killing dozens in the process.
Meanwhile, Tomoe was having the time of his life, gallivanting around as he sliced open his enemies with his katana and engulfed most with his blue flames. The Time Mage was disgusted as he saw a satisfying look on his Familiar's face.
As if the demon fox has been given a feast... Then again, it wasn't Tomoe's fault for being that. When the Founders of the Arks, Mavislin, Gillian, Baldwin, Z, Ysabeau, and himself, gathered together to make the Arks, they bestowed upon themselves Familiars.
And out of the six, only Tomoe has a mind of its own, having its own words and attitude. Thus, the white fox would be the only one who can find his nourishment source.
However, when it comes down to the bare bones, all Familiars must eat Elemental Cores to gain more power instead of constantly drawing from their masters.
Thus, Tomoe feeding on the enemies' Cores meant he could do more tricks and not be a problem for Raiyen. The Pyromancers' Elemental Cores are their necks, so it isn't hard to strike them.
"Fourth Sun: Scorching Bones, Flare Up!" shouted Tomoe as he slashed the air before him in a spiral motion, causing a trail of blazing fire to turn everyone before him to ashes.
The Kistune then rushed off and dived into the mob with his blade below his waist.
"Eleventh Sun; Flowing Lava," muttered Tomoe as his blade was engulfed in flames while he weaved through the crowd, absorbing their necks into his sword with every turn.
How ironic that Tomoe's Original Spell was based on the legend of the Sun while his movements with a blade would be similar to the flow of water.
"Oi, watch it before you summon more of their backup soldiers! Our job is only to destroy this Camp's inhabitants without drawing more attention from the other Camps... Oh, I give up," sighed the Time Mage, as it was a known fact for Tomoe not to listen to him.
Raiyen felt another army barreling towards him, and he had no choice but to unleash something more powerful. He smirked as his twin daggers exploded into golden and silver lights. Tomoe mocked a laugh as he did another slash through the enemies.
Twirling the daggers around in his hands, the Time Mage wasted no time as he glitched away from his spot and sliced through the enemies as if they were the wind. The Prince of the Arks was glitching around so much that his hair was sparking blue.
"We aren't making any progress if we keep doing these small cuts... Time to perform," said Raiyen as he managed to get himself perched on top of the highest tent.
The white fox wasted no time in backing off from his Master while also devouring some poor souls on the way. Tomoe focused on the South while giving Raiyen free rein to play in the North. The Time Mage lifted his golden dagger while also gathering Elemental Energy.
It had been a while since he had the chance to use the true power of these daggers, so Raiyen wasn't sure what the damage would be if he were to pour more Elemental Energy than before. It could be big enough to destroy the entire land.
The Pyromancers feared the Time Mage, whose eyes and Elemental Aura shone with gold and silver. They tried fleeing, but the Kitsune's flames forced them into their quarters.
"Light Seeps into the air, hope fills the land. Let there be joy; let there be no pain. Heaven Sent!" yelled Raiyen as he brought down the golden dagger, creating a large crescent moon indent onto the area before him.
