Chapter 149 - 3rd phase of trial commences
"But, weren't we experiencing the same illusion?" Maxmillan suddenly asked, after thinking about Lorrena's absence once again.
Then his eyes grew wider when he realized that the Lorrena that was in the illusion that he experienced, wasn't really Lorrena. It was an illusion too.
"Wow. Illusions are really dangerous." Maxmillan said to himself.
Then he patiently waited for Lorrena to return, to confirm if truly she did experience the same illusion as him. Though he had an answer he felt was correct, but he still needed to confirm if truly it was right.
Many moments later, Lorrena appeared and heaved a sigh of heavy relief once she sighted him.
Surprised at the deep, worry-expelling sigh that she heaved the moment she gazed at him, Maxmillan asked, "Lorrena, what happened? What did you see?"
