Megami walked further and further without even stopping to eat. She only stopped when she saw a giant black castle built from a mountain.
"That is the Demon Castle? Did they have to pick such a rainy and rocky region for a capital?"
Megami walked to the capital gates and found that there were no guards and the gate was wide open.
"What the fuck? This is not acceptable! I will have to talk to the King about this." Megami said to herself and walked in.
She found a bustling city with many vendors. The architecture was old but still stood strong. She thought of so many ways to improve it as she walked along. She wasn't paying any attention to those around her and accidentally bumped into a red ogre.
"Oh! Sorry, sorry I was so focused on the stability of the buildings that I didn't see you. Sorry!" Megami said while bowing.
"It's ok. Happens to the best of us little missy. What are you doing in these parts? where are your parents? And what are you, it will help with finding out where to look." The ogre asked. He is really friendly.
"Um... 1, I am a lot older than I look. 2, thanks for the thought. 3, Last time I checked I was Homosapien but now that you mentioned it... Status."

'Wait what?' Megami looked at her status in shock because she somehow turned into a demon. She didn't even notice it happen.
"Missy? Are you ok?" The ogre asked.
"Yes. I am. Can you help me find a weapon artisan."
"Um..." The ogre looked at the sign for the shop. Megami looked at it and it read Ore Weapons Shop. She felt so stupid right now.
She just went to the door but was stopped by the ogre.
"He only does work with those he wants. Your too small to make a fair trade with." The ogre warned
"So it shall be. If someone doesn't take me seriously the second time then they won't have a choice the third."
The ogre lifted his arm and let her through with a face of pity as he went back to advertising.
Ding.
"Hm? John, is that you? Could you get me the Mithril Hammer." An old mans voice came from the forge as he hammered a red colored stake. He was a small old man with a big grey beard and bushy eyebrows.
"Mithril won't work on that." Megami said.
The old man set the stake on the vise and looked back at her. His eyes were pure white like some sort of demon... Though everyone is a demon here so it made sense.
"You aren't John. What are you here for young lady?"
"Watch your words. Everyone knows not to judge people by their appearance. I'm a chaos demon if your curious." Megami said while examining the old mans works.
"Chaos Demon!?" The old man took a step back and regained his composure.
'He knows his stuff.' thought Megami
"I'm here to ask for a forge. I only want to make my own weapon. It will only take a few days." Megami said while examining a greatsword that seemed to be infused with a divine aura on one side but an infernal aura on the other. The weapon shook as if in fear as Megami gazed into its depths.
The old man watched as the legendary weapon he once wielded on the battlefield shook in terror. He couldn't even begin to describe what he was feeling because he knew how powerful and dangerous the two spirits inside that weapon were. It they were scared then that only means one thing.
"Your a god..."
"Close. I'm what you guys call a Calamity. But I have met some gods in my time... They weren't exactly what I would call friendly but they were still strong as fuck." Megami said as she reminisced about something deep and far away.
"Who are you?" The old man asked.
"It's more respectful to say your name first." Megami felt a sudden urge to say.
"Ahem. Your right, my name is Orgo Leamer. It is a pleasure to meet you." Orgo said with sweat dripping from his face.
"Nice to meet you Orgo. My name is Megami Harushima. People call me the Calamity of the Forsaken. May I please use your forge." Megami said respectively. She knew that when you ask for something you have to be respectful.
Orgo felt as if he was going to have a panic attack. He nodded his head and let her through. She bowed to him and immediately went into the forge but stopped and looked at him. "Since you're letin' me use your forge I have to repay you with something... Anything you need?" Megami asked.
'She seems polite but her aura is terrifying. Since she asked I might as well think of something since it is natural to give and take when you ask for something.' Orgo thought "Hmm... Oh! What did you mean when you said a Mithril Hammer wouldn't work on the spike?"
Megami looked at him with a smirk. "It's because I made that spike on accident. I don't remember how I made it but I do know how to forge it."
"You made that?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"If you know how to forge it then can you teach me?" He asked eagerly.
"Sure. I am actually planning on doing that now. You can watch but know that it is dangerous. Try to stay as far away as possible." Megami warned. It wasn't a joke as Orgo would soon learn. He saw her create a stone table and put down some glass measures with a very complex rune made into it.
"What's that for?" He asked.
"This is preparation. If I did this alone then I would use a different method but I'm teaching you so I'm using the Flowing Liquid Mana method to make liquid mana into these special measuring cup called Ephre Measure, that stabilise the mana and elements in order for a safe manifestation." Megami explained.
"So, it makes sure the mana stays in liquid form without the usual suffocation experience." Orgo deduced.
"In crude terms, yes." She replied. Megami put the measures on a small square with multiple buttons on it. She pressed the see through button.
"What is that?" He asked.
"This is a Mana Siphoning Materialization Phase Transition. I call it MSM Phase T. It siphons mana into it then materializes it into the Ephre Measure as a gas, then uses materialization phase transition to turn it into whatever state of matter I want or in this case liquid, all in less than a 5 milliseconds. If I could I would make it less than that but I have yet to figure out how." Megami said with her fingers holding her chin as she looked up squinting as if in deep thought.
"Well. No use thinki'n bout' it now. Might as well focus on this first!" She knelt down so her eyes were at the level of the EM measures so she could get an exact amount.
Orgo watched this in great detail, trying to absorb everything. He saw the exact amount he needed but then his thought trailed of as the other EM's slowly filled up. 'How can I get this revolutionary equipment. It would help me greatly but how could I protect it. If someone knew these existed what would happen? I'm afraid to imagine. I don't think even a Calamity could survive it.' He thought as he looked more closely at the cylinders. His eyes opened a little.
There were 4 cylinder EM with brown tape on it, 3 cylinder EM with black and white tape, 2 with dark green tape, 1 with light green, 1 with black-orange tape. He noted them down for later.
"If you're curious.. I will be opening a shop with many high tech equipment. Don't worry too much about how revolutionary my equipment can be. I make these because I want to improve life. It's fun to make them as well. Also my equipment cannot be stolen without consequence so don't worry too much." Megami said as she continued to measure.
Orgo looked at her with wide eyes. "I guess I don't have to worry too much." He said with a grin.
"What's that supposed to mean?!" Megami hissed. She sighed and pressed the off button on the MSM Phase T. "Time for step 2! This is a hard part so pay attention and keep a shield up just in case." Megami said as she grabbed the brown taped EM.
Orgo got up and grabbed the Light and Dark great sword. Two spirits, one white with golden eyes and one black with red eyes, came out of the sword.
"Orgo! Are you crazy?! Do you know how terrifying that thing was?!" The white spirit said.
"Yes and I'm sorry. Now that I have her calmed down I don't think she will hurt you." Orgo replied trying to calm them down.
"No, you don't understand!" Orgo looked at the black one with confusion in his eyes. These two never agreed on anything. "Her eyes were like piercing blades of millions of different outcomes. For me I felt as if I felt myself die millions of times in millions of different ways each in a different world. It was worse than meeting gods."
"Yeah. I don't think the gods can even match that beast. The power to make us still trembling even now is power I can't even imagine." The white spirit said.
"She could even be an absolute being." The black spirit said fearfully.
"Orgo, Shine, Shadow hurry up if you want to see it." Megami yelled from the forge.
"How does she know our names?" Shadow asked in terror.
"Orgo... Did you tell her?" Shine asked
"No... But I don't want to miss this so could you help me?" He asked
"I'll always help you Orgo." Shine said.
"Don't worry, I'll protect you better than she ever will!" Shadow replied.
Orgo walked back into the forge with the two spirits too busy arguing to notice.
"So they are the spirits that I saw." Megami said with a happy grin.
"They are my sword spirits that were with me through my travels as a youth." He replied as Shadow and Shine finally noticed they weren't in the shop anymore.
Megami waved at them but they hid behind Orgo.
"Y-you know Orgo. Sometimes it's best to make a strategic retreat!" Shadow said.
"Mhm mhm. I agree with Shadow for once." Shine agreed.
"Now that not nice! You should work on your manners." Megami scolded jokingly.
"Ha ha. Sorry about them. It seems they are scared of you." Orgo apologized.
"It's alright. Reaper, can you help protect them." Megami ordered lazily. A skull with scythe blades as horns materialized in front of a surprised Orgo.
"Greetings. I am Reaper. You can call me Death if you want. I'm here to help protect you but you're spirits will have to help as well.. since shields aren't my thing." Reaper said as he got in front of Orgo.
Megami walked over to the first brown taped EM. In her palm was a stone she found outside. She dropped it in and the rock disappeared and the liquid turned the color of the rock.
"What was that rock?" Orgo asked.
"She found that rock from making a cave in a mountain from pure physical strength. Just to prove she was strong after losing fight to someone." Reaper replied.
Orgo noted it down.
Megami went to the second EM. "This one is the hardest. You have to set oxygen on fire. If you can't then just walk over to any fire and put the EM in. After you let it out the mana inside will look like this" she showed them the EM that was now glowing red and orange. She set it down and went to the third one.
She grabbed a small bag and a fan out of her inventory then used the fan to capture air. She then let it out into the EM. She did this 5 times until there looked to be nothing inside the EM. "I did this to get the oxygen or air element only and not the wind. If you only use the fan only then you'll get wind." She explained and moved to the last brown EM.
Orgo noticed that the bag was an anti-mana bag. He noted it down
"The last is pretty easy." Megami said and grabbed a pill capsule from her inventory. "The cap has a teleportation rune on it that connects to the MSM Phase T. It activates when it touches liquid mana." She said and dumped it in, cap first. The liquid mana turned black with tiny red particles that always stayed a certain distance from each other.
Everyone but Megami had a nervous sweat when looking at it.
"What is that?" Orgo asked fearfully.
"That, my friend.. Is the essence of Dark element. It is known as Infection. It applies to almost everything that infects. Curses, Viruses, Mind based abilities, are just the big ones. Even after seeing it more than once it still gives me chills." Reaper said.
"Now the last step for part one!" Megami said and mixed them all together into the Infection EM. Megami made sure to pour them in the same order she made them and left it there to move on to the next step.
Orgo noted down the process. He had a bad premonition about the next part.
