"My Coffee! Get that Bitch!" A man who just walked out of a coffee shop yelled as he tried to chase after the theif.
"Not worth it dude. Your not getting that back." An male vampire that was sitting outside said.
"Not that he'd want it though" A werewolf girl said.
"Mommy, Daddy why are you not help the mistor over there" A little werewolf girl said as she sat between the two people who spoke up.
"That is Coffee Runner one of Light City's Idols. She steals coffee from anyone. Actually, I think everyone in this city who buys coffee had their Coffee stolen at least once." The vampire explained while scratching the little werewolf ear.
"Why don't they capture her?" The little girl asked.
"Because she is fast and smart.Those who try to trick her get a face full of coffee and she steals from someone else." The werewolf girl explained to the little girl while rubbing her head.
The Coffee Runner slowed down as she heard the cops so they could give chase. She jumped from one pole to another as they gave chase.
"Coffee Runner stop right there!" Said a cop in front of her.
'They blocked off the road and took down the signs on every street next to them so I couldn't run on them.' She smiled wide.
"HAahAhaHaHAHa, You really think such a trick would work on me!" She said in a male robotic voice but there was clear mockery in her tone.
She jumped over them and jumped again as if in mid air before doing a somersault and continued running on the street behind them. After that she disappeared altogether.
"I told you it wouldn't work." Said one officer as he crossed his arms.
"Well, it was at least worth a try Captain" Said the one that spoke to Coffee Runner.
"It still amazes me how she does this every morning. I bet she is still hiding her true abilities." Said the Captain as he got in the car. "All right lets get back to base!" He ordered as all the cops followed him.
"Well. That was more fun than usual!" Megami said as she opened her window to her room and lifted her goggles. She looked around her room and smiled.
'They actually thought to use a bullet as a distraction and have a tracker attach to me as I land.' She thought as she walked into her secret room and put her gear on the mannequin.
"Rover. Have you finished the watch?" Megami asked as she face a computer with code on it.
'Yes.' A Male voice that was plesent to the ears said as if from the void.
"You upgraded yourself. Good, can you bring up the watch?" She asked in an overly nice manner.
'Are you trying to gain my favor young Miss?' Rover said while giggling.
"Tch. As if! Now get to it!" She said, clearly offended.
A few sections of the floor and wall opened and revealed desks and cabinets that made a workspace. As she waited for the workspace to come out, she checked the computer to see if everything is up to date.
After confirming there were no errors she walked to a desk with a black watch on it, picked it up, brought it to the computer and plugged it in.
After clicking a few things she pressed enter.
As if by magic the watch began to glow a blinding light then disappeared as if it was never there. She then unplugged it and picked it up. She walked out of the hidden room and closed it. She then put the watch on and felt a needle stick into her wrist.
"Hero, Initiate DNA Fusion Via Device Sync."
Megami felt a jolt of pain spread across her body. She felt as if every individual pore in her body was being peeled with a potato peeler slowly.
She refused to faint.
She refused to believe that she was unable to bear the pain.
She was remembered her mother's determination to seem ok even though she was still being burned alive.
Her father stayed conscious until the enemy was slayed by his blades.
She was young but every moment before her parents died still played in her mind whenever she felt pain.

The pain stopped after three hours of suffering. It was excruciating but Megami smiled brightly as if she accomplished something amazing.
"Source System 1, Alnilam Online!" Megami said after a few minutes of laying on the bed.
"Demon King System 1, Alnitak Online!" Megami said again after a few minutes her smile growing bigger by the minute.
"Hero Ascension System, Mintaka Online!" She said Joyfully.
"I think I'll name it Orion Plane Wrist Watch. What do you guys think?" Megami asked.
"It is not the best and most accurate name but it will do" Alnilam said. It's voice was monotone almost robotic.
"I like it! Makes me want to conquer it HaHahaha!" Alnitak said. His voice was deep and almost demonic, An 'A' typical Demon Lord.
"I like it! Thank you master! The name is perfect for us A.I.!" Mintaka said enthusiastically. Her voice was that of a female anime character. It was cute and innocent but also decisive and strict like it had something emotionally holding it back.
"Thank you Minta! You almost made me fall in love with you there!" Megami said. She looked at the time, it was 1:17pm.
She quickly got dressed to head out to work.
Before she left she made sure to add protection runes on her watch so it couldn't be destroyed by regular means. It only took thirteen minutes.
