Megami's mind was frantic as she ran across the roof of buildings.
'Shit Shit Shit. What am I going to do, What am I going to do?!' 'Use wind as propulsion, reduce mass of muscles, hair, mortal organs...' She thought frantic, as she jumped across a busy street to another building. as she ran she suddenly felt an unnatural rush of adrenalin and a burning heat in her chest.
She grew a black tail and her human ears disappeared replaced with black cat ears grew on top of her head. Her red hair turned abysmal black with what looked like stardust mixed in her hair, and her eyes had symbols of an Unknown Age. the symbols meant Instinct and Fear from left to right eye.
She thought of many places to escape but found only one that was close. She made her way to the portal, knowing that she needed to be in a populated area.
'The portal...' She thought and ran in that direction.
As she got closer to the portal, she took out her V.I.P. card and gave it to the guard who didn't even have time to open it before she was already inside.
She ran until she entered the touring room for the portal but soon found she was still not safe. She had no choice but to jump over the retractable belt barrier but stopped in front of the portal as she began to have second thoughts. She looked at the portal just as Demi-human couple entered.
'now that I think about it, this is the first time I've seen it used' she thought but was cut short when she sensed the werewolves ephre.
"There she is!" One werewolf shouted when they spotted her.
"Shit." She mumbled and looked around for a safe place by didn't find anything. Megami had to be creative if she wanted to get out alive. She looked toward the portal.
'I can cause a commotion and get those guys arrested but it's risky. The police might figure out my identity but there isn't really anything left to lose at this point.' She thought.
"Alnitak. Send File _GFU2 to my contacts, Alniam. Delete all information on traceable devices." Megami ordered as she ran in the direction of the portal. As she went to use the barrier on the portal however, instead of landing on a solid barrier as per her plan she went right through. Megami was in disbelief. She knew she wasn't a good person and had many negative thoughts every day so how could she go through the portal? Before she could grasp what was going on she was held down onto the floor on her stomach.
The smell of a werewolf was intoxicating as she took in her surroundings. What she saw was a medieval town mixed with a modern city that used a mix of outdated construction that she thought stopped being used around 3070AD but she was more focused on how easy it was to breathe in air. It was like she went from eating rotten bread to eating 5 star cuisine. She was snapped out of her daze when she heard a werewolf yell "Take out her heart!"
Megami immediately cast a spell she named "Another Moment" that slowed down space-time for 3 seconds. But that was all the time she needed to escape. "Mintaka use Lightning Punch skill!" Megami said as electricity came out of her hand and electrocuted the werewolves in the area.
As they were having a seizure due to the after effects, she ran in a random direction without looking back. As she was running through the city she was hit by an arrow through her thigh just as she reached the outskirts of the city where everything was more rustic. She ignored the pain and kept running even when she was shot with bullets and arrows all across her body. She only barely managing to make sure non got through her skull.
Megami ran at her top speed as she covered miles in less than half a minute. She ran through a forest and even felt something in her torso crack but she was in far to much pain to care if there was more.
She existed the forest and spotted a two story house with a black roof and red exterior. She noticed a big shed and ran towards to it with what little strength she had left. She opened the shed door and sat against the far wall. Her vision was cloudy and she felt herself dying.
"Why is life always so hard?" She wondered "Is existing a problem? First you took my parents then my brothers eye. I guess that wasn't enough so your now here to take my life!" She growled in pain.
'I wish I had access to more power.'
'I wish I could find my soul mate.'
'I wish I had the time to feel what love is like.' She thought.
"If there is any being out there, please give me power to protect the ones I care about. I am willing to give my body, soul, and fate for it so please..." She pleaded as her conscience faded. The last thing she saw was a beautiful woman with black hair and jet black horns, gray skin with a black dress and a crossbow in her hand.
"Are you willing to go against fate?" A mysterious voice asked.
'I am willing to erase fate from existence.' Megami responded.
"Are you willing to go through a pain you have never felt before? Are you willing to form a contract with me?" The voice asked.
'Not a contract but an alliance. I am willing to do the same for all of you. until you find a suitable person you can use my body as a host.' Megami Answered. She felt many presences and she felt each of them were familiar and comforting.
"If you do that, you will have to undergo Ten times the pain and it won't just be your body but your soul and consciousness as well. Not even we could bear that." The voice said cautiously.
Megami smile mentally "I don't care. All or nothing is the way it has been my whole life. Nothing, not even the absolute being could stop me. What is some unbearable pain gonna do? Just because you can't handle it doesn't mean you can't get through it. That is my belief." Megami explained. She heard them whisper to each other trying to find out what to do.
"Can you really do it?" Another voice asked. It was different from the first as it was higher pitched and more feminine. Much less melodic than the first.
'Yes. I will bear any pain in exchange for power to protect those I care about.' I said with confidence and determination.
"Then Let Us Begin!" They all said together.
"I, The God of Fire hereby fuse with the Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said the first voice
"I, The God of Earth hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou" said a male voice.
"I, The God of Water hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a beautiful woman's voice.
"I, The God of Air hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a child's voice.
"I, The God of Light hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a carefree male voice.
"I, The God of Life hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a motherly voice.
"I, The God of Death, Soul, Continuation, and Filling the Absence hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou" said a male teenager voice.
"I, The God of Energy, Sense, and Fusion hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a gentle girl's voice.
"I, The God of Time, Space, and Motion hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a old man's voice.
"I, The God of Dark, Shadow, Infection, and Control hereby fuse with Host Megami Asutoraru Mahou." Said a woman's voice though I could tell something was wrong with the way she said it. I feel like she is a mad scientist.
"I, Megami Asutoraru Mahou accept all of the Spirits of Gods." I stated though I don't know how I knew they were spirits but whatever. Then they turned into energy and entered my soul. I suddenly felt an unbearable amount of pain everywhere. I feel my very existence was breaking and being put together again over and over.
This is going to be a long night.
