Following the agreement, the highest-ranking artisans from the Kingdom of Dwarves and Gnomes were dispatched by their respective Kings. Ten Craftsmen came into the Human Kingdom, five from each nation hand-picked by their Kings. One of the five was a Grandmaster Level who led the project, while the other four were Master Levels who aided the Grandmaster while also learning during the construction process.
They didn't have to do much work in the foundations because there were Earth Mages present, who used the Earth Manipulation Spell to create a Tower of 1000 feet in height and 100 feet in width in mere seconds. Still, the main goal was to keep the Tower standing because it was raised from Mana and would collapse as soon as the Mana supply was cut off. This is where the Rune Engraving of Dwarves came in. Once engraved, the section covered by the Rune no longer contains mana and becomes a part of the earth itself.
