As the school day came to an end and students prepared to head home, Jin Hwa's mind couldn't shake off the unsettling confrontation with Ha Joon's subordinates. With a sense of purpose, he decided to investigate further and made his way to the rooftop, where they had invited him.
The scene transitioned to the rooftop.
As Jin Hwa ascended the stairs with resolve, determined to confront the situation on the rooftop, a sudden, fierce blow struck him in the back of the neck. Overwhelmed by the unexpected attack, he struggled to maintain his balance. Weakened and disoriented, he stumbled and then fell unconscious, his body giving way to the unexpected assault.
As Jin Hwa fell unconscious, the person who had struck him let out a sly chuckle and said, "You're a tough one, bastard. Kekeke."
Another person rushed in, lifting Jin Hwa from the ground, and they hastily decided to take him to Ha Joon's place, leaving behind a cloud of uncertainty about their intentions.
...
As Jin Hwa regained consciousness, he slowly opened his eyes and found Ha Joon standing in front of him. Ha Joon taunted him with a sardonic smile, saying, "How's the sleep? Good?" He swiftly followed with a hard punch to Jin Hwa's face.
Jin Hwa realized that his hands were tied, and he was in an unfamiliar and unsettling place. Ha Joon continued to strike him relentlessly, and Jin Hwa, struggling to maintain composure, raised his voice, demanding, "What do you want, you dirty bastard? Are you scared? Is that why you tied me up?"
Ha Joon, fueled by malice, replied with a chilling indifference, "No, I tied you up because it's fun to see you suffer."
As Ha Joon continued to assault Jin Hwa, a strange drowsiness overcame him. He saw Jin Hwa mutter the word "Enthrall" under his breath, and suddenly, his subordinate and him began to feel inexplicably sleepy and weak.
Jin Hwa managed to free himself from the tied hands while Ha Joon struggled to stay alert.
In a desperate attempt to regain control, Ha Joon fought off the drowsiness, but it was too late. Jin Hwa seized the opportunity, launching a powerful left jab that sent Ha Joon sprawling to the ground.
Jin Hwa quipped, "You should have tied me tighter, you bastard."
As Jin Hwa freed himself and launched a devastating punch at Ha Joon, Ha Joon, in pain and desperation, called out to his hyung, "Seok Jun!" He ordered Seok Jun to come to his aid and deal with Jin Hwa.
However, to Ha Joon's shock and dismay, Seok Jun arrogantly refused his request. Instead, he decided to settle the score in his own way. Without hesitation, Seok Jun knocked out Ha Joon with a single strike. With Ha Joon incapacitated, he turned his attention to Jin Hwa, ready to take on the challenge himself.
As Jin Hwa observed Seok Jun, he couldn't help but think, "That's Ha Joon's hyung? He's almost as big as the centaur. I don't know what kind of fighting skills he possesses, so I should keep my distance."
However, Seok Jun had other plans and confidently retorted, "What, keeping your distance from me? That won't work, bud." Without wasting a moment, Seok Jun instantly charged at Jin Hwa. While Jin Hwa did manage to defend himself, the sheer force of Seok Jun's charge sent him reeling back.
As Jin Hwa assessed the situation, he decided against using his glaive, fearing he might inflict fatal harm on Seok Jun. Instead, he opted for a different approach. With a quick activation of the "Slumber" skill, which temporarily slowed down time, Jin Hwa seized the opportunity and lunged forward, unleashing his "Rapid Strike" with precision and speed.
As Jin Hwa successfully landed an attack on Seok Jun, Seok Jun's irritated voice cut through the tension, "Oi, what's that just now you bastard?" Jin Hwa remained silent, focused on the battle at hand, and continued to press his advantage.
With each passing exchange, it became evident that Seok Jun had a particular fighting style. He constantly closed the distance between them, working as an infighter, getting inside Jin Hwa's guard, and unleashing devastating blows with precision and power.
