The classroom went silent. The only thing that could be heard was the nervous breathing of some students.
Mr Zhu stood, simply observing his students.
After a long and tense minute, Mr Zhu broke the silence.
"You may be wondering what happened to that student, the only thing you need to know is that he is in my lab." Mr Zhu said with no emotion in his voice.
"He shall become an example for you guys. Every action has consequences, whether good or bad, you must take those consequences into account before you take action" Mr Zhu lectured
Lucian listened intently. It was very foolish of him to kill that puppet, he could have left it alive with at least one arm or leg, that way, he could have taken his revenge and lessened the suffering of that poor student!
"That's all, class is dismissed"
And with that, Mr Zhu left the classroom.
After Mr Zhu's departure, the classroom was left quiet as a church mouse.
After a moment of silence and reflection on the class, a group of 4 students stood up and left the classroom.
After those 4 students, the students began to leave the classroom one by one.
Almost all of them made quick glances at Lucian and the others.
Now, the only people left in the classroom were Lucian and the others.
"We should head out," Lucian suggested.
"Yeah," Adrian agreed.
"But what about him?" Gabriel said as he pointed towards Adbeel.
"Let me handle this" Adrian said as he went up to Adbeel.
Adrian took a deep breath before shouting,
"Get your bitch ass up!" And slapping Adbeel.
Adbeel flew a couple of meters from just the slap.
Not even a second later, Adrian ran for his life.
Now, only Lucian and Gabriel were left there.
Adbeel got up and scanned his surroundings.
He laid his eyes upon Lucian and Gabriel.
Adbeel's face displayed intense fury.
"Who the fuck just slapped me?!" Adbeel screamed.
This made both Lucian and Gabriel tense up.
Gabriel immediately pointed at Lucian once Adbeel screamed.
"Huh?" Lucian's eyes furrowed.
Lucian had no time to explain himself as he felt a chilling aura coming from Adbeel.
Lucian merely acted on instinct and ran for his life.
Adbeel ran after him.
"Rush!" Adbeel used the skill rush.
Adbeel's speed increased twofold.
This caused him to quickly catch up to Lucian.
Adbeel extended his hand to grab Lucian.
But before he could grab Lucian, Lucian got a system notification.

Lucian had no time to react and merrily activated his newly unlocked skill.
"Light Embodiment!" Lucian desperately yelled.

"Boom!!" A loud boom was heard from the previous place Lucian was running.
Adbeel was blown back by the shockwave.
Adbeel quickly stabilized his body and landed on his feet.
Adbeel's eyes widened as he saw the damage Lucian caused.
The whole ground was destroyed! Lucian left only a crater.
Meanwhile, Lucian was traveling at an incredible speed.
And he was having fun.
'This feels amazing!' Lucian thought as he felt the howling wind blowing against him.
Lucian could perfectly control his speed.
But he did slow down. At this moment, at this time, he felt like he could conquer the world.
Why? Lucian himself doesn't know. But the wind brushed violently against his cheeks and tried to push him back. Something about it felt right.
It was as if he was made for it.
Lucian did not notice, but his eyes at the current moment were glowing.

Currently, Lucian was outside of the school grounds and on a bridge between Nova and An island village.
With the speed Lucian was going, it took him no less than a minute to reach the floating island full of vegetation.
Lucian ran upwards to a hill on the island.
As Lucian ran upwards to the hill, he slowed down.
Once he reached the top of the hill, he completely stopped.
Lucian was met with the sun shining brightly. The sky was completely blue with a couple of white colloids here and there.
"Haa Haa" Lucian took a couple of deep breaths.
Sweat ran down his body.
Lucian's hair was a mess, but a beautiful mess. It was like one of those morning hairstyles that look good.
The fresh air of the island has a fresh scent of grass, trees, and water.
It was refreshing. The sun was shining brightly and the wet trees and grass looked even greener than usual.
Lucian stretched hands out, feeling the cool wind brush the sweat off him.
It felt refreshing.
"Haha! This feels great!" Lucian laughed.
Lucian had completely forgotten about Adbeel.
He was at the current moment just enjoying the view.
Lucian layed down and decided to stay on that island for a while.
Since Mr Zhu had let them go earlier than planned, Lucian had 20 minutes extra break time.
And with that time, Lucian decided to take a quick nap.

Meanwhile, back at Nova, Adbeel had just recovered from his shock.
Gabriel could be seen running up to Adbeel.
"Hey! Adbeel! What was that loud sound?" Gabriel asked.
"Lucian"
"What?"
"Lucian made that loud sound"
"What do you mean…" Gabriel stopped right in the middle of his sentence once his eyes landed on the huge crater Lucian made.
Gabriel's jaw dropped as he saw the crater.
"You're kidding… right?" Gabriel asked with hesitation evident in his voice.
"…" Adbeel said, staying silent.
Realization hit Gabriel. Previously, he thought that Lucian was not much stronger than him.
The reason for that is Lucian only gave off the mana of a D-ranked Mage.
He was an E+ aura user so the difference shouldn't be that huge.
But now, he was completely convinced. He was weaker. By a lot.
"We should get out of here before any teachers arrive," Adbeel said.
"Yeah…" Gabriel agreed while still staring at the crater, seemingly in deep thought.
Adbeel looked at him for a second before grabbing him by the arm and saying
"Come on, let's go"
