Releasing one's domain from their soul space, for any reason, simply means replacing the reality of the current area with their own domain.
If a domain is released, one can create a barrier to prevent outsiders from entering or to prevent an escape of a captured individual. Alternatively, one can create an open area where anyone, including living things, can enter and stay. However, if the domain is dragged back into the soul space, those inside would be expelled from it, unless…
Domains come with numerous benefits. They serve as storage boxes where all non-living things can stay, even when absorbed back into the soul space. Domains also provide a land of near-absolute control, constantly producing minerals and resources for sustenance and care. They facilitate faster and easier power growth on one's journey.
Over time, elemental creatures may form within the domain, providing an army to carry out one's bidding and it also grants you a must-hit ability within its scope. In essence, a domain is like a bag full of gifts.
The only way to stop, escape, infiltrate, or destroy a domain is through the use of soul energy.

The third reason for their unusual strength, which could possibly be the main reason, was the liquid they possessed – their holy water.
I found out that the liquid was filled to the brim with energy and somehow, I wasn't able to tell. There are ways to do this, ways to prevent even a being as powerful as me from knowing the truth of an item or person, but they are so unconventional. However, the true nature of this liquid was only revealed after it had been processed into drinkable water by Mul. It was then that I realized its full glory.
The process of turning the liquid into a miraculous drink was unexpectedly simple. Mul, who was the second myth and in charge of food, as well as the leader of the last group called 'the fillers,' had a simple task. Her responsibility was to ensure the village bellies were filled with both water and food. Unlike the other domains, her domain was simply a beautiful forest. I walked with her through a long tunnel without her knowledge, experiencing the beauty of her domain firsthand.
All four domains had a distance between them, although they were all within the Grand Elder's domain. This enormous private cavern, where her domain was manifested, was even larger than the central area where most of the locals lived.
As I followed her towards the center of the forest domain, we came across homes and stores. Adults and children who were nearby paid their respects to her before continuing to work together to harvest fruits and other resources, all within her domain. The area was serene and peaceful, with the trees swaying and dancing in the breeze that flowed through the multiple tunnels connected to this cavern.
However, when I reached the center, I found something unexpected. I saw multiple lakes arranged in a hexagonal Shape, each one filled with an abundance of energy. If she was using most of her domain energy to create these lakes, then her domain shouldn't have a fraction as much resources as it currently does.
