"Hey you just stop it right there, Alexander!" Arthur yelled as he tried to catch up with Alex who was making his way to the last border to cross in order to get to the prayer hill.
Alexander turned his head and was shocked to see his brother standing right behind him. How the hell did he know he was coming here?
Alex tried leaving but Arthur shot an arrow at him, it nearly met him but he ducked it. Arthur smirked as he moved closer to him.
If not for his mother, he wouldn't know Alex was going to Goddess Anika's palace. That was why he sent for him cause she overheard Alex's conversation with his mother. Besides she also saw him sneaking away.
"Alex where do you think you're going?" Arthur asked, removing his sword.
Alexander staggered backwards in fear, he didn't have anything to defend himself with. No powers, no weapons..
"Arthur Don't!"
"And what if I do, uh? Marisa is mine, don't you get it? Are you too blind to see?!" Arthur yelled, charging the sword towards Alex. He kept finding ways to hit him but Alex was quite brave enough to dodge it.
Arthur stopped and laughed.
"You brat! Since when have you learnt to be brave. Continue being the weakling you are 'cause I'm taking your life here and now."

Anastasia kept breathing heavily as she climbed up the prayer hill. She had started her journey two days ago and thank God, she was able to sustain herself even without food nor or water.
She walked towards the gate and it opened automatically for her.
She smiled seeing her victory and entered the palace. She quickly knt down on seeing Goddess Anika. She had to pay homage to her because the goddess was just like an angel on earth, she's nobody's mate and had lived for 30,000 years without ageing but rather looked more beautiful.
Goddess Anika ordered the gates to be locked and the border to pass through to get to her place to be closed. There's a specific time people are allowed in here and the time had just clicked after Anastasia came in.
She's quite lucky.
Goddess Anika looked at Tasia who was still kneeling. She walked towards her and her long sea blue hair swept behind her.
She's just an epitome of beauty, her eyes glittering like fine silver would make you want to look at her all day, never taking your eyes off her.
She studied Anastasia for a while before running a test for her.
"Alien?" She asked.
"No I'm human."
"The prayer code."
"Just get on your knees, your prayers sent above the sky like smoke, the creator of the heavens would answer." Anastasia recited the prayer code without any problem.
Every human knows the code except aliens. They are the only creatures who aren't allowed here on the prayer hill.
"Confirmed, follow me. " The goddess touched Anika's arm and they both teleported to another room.
The image of the sky was drawn everywhere and rosaries were hung on the wall too.
"Sit on the mat" Goddess Anika said and Anastasia did so.
"Your request."
"I'm here for the sake of love. Crown Prince Arthur of Veeral Dynasty and his his brother, Alexander are about to get into a fight. It's because of a girl and anyone who wins gets her. I love Alexander so much and I don't want to lose him to anyone, that's why I'm here. Please help me, I want Alexander to lose the fight." Tasia stated.
"Are you here with a sincere heart? Do you have faith?"
"Yes goddess, I have faith and I'm sincere. I love akex so much."
Goddess Anika kept quiet for a while before speaking.
"Darling human creature of the father above. Close your eyes and meditate, think about nothing else but your prayers."
After a moment of meditation, Anastasia was asked to open her eyes.
"Your prayers....are answered." The goddess said and a smile of happiness lit through Anastasia's face.
"Thank you, beautiful one. Thank you so much." She kept bowing.
Goddess Anika just grinned. Anastasia's prayers would have been declined and unanswered if Alexander was here on Time.
She knows Anastasia is going to be a victim of unrequited love but to make everything go smoothly in future, Anastasia's prayers has to be answered, there's a reason for everything.
