Chapter 20
Omega Charlotte was perplexed as to what to do. She subconsciously dragged her feet back, and that sound attracted Alpha Aurelius' attention. Once Charlotte noticed that Aurelius had seen her, she turned immediately and ran south. Alpha Aurelius pushed away the woman and ran after Charlotte. He caught up with her in a matter of seconds. The noble she-werewolf watched the werewolf with the dangerous yet magnetic aura run after the she-wolf in a plain outfit in confusion before going her way.
"What do you want from me?" Charlotte yelled.
"Why are you angry?" Aurelius said gently.
"I don't want you around me. Go away," she said, pushing him away. She turned to walk away, but Aurelius wrapped his arm around her little frame and engulfed her in a warm embrace from behind.
